Ignore all the incoming DMs from "coaches" who will try to sell you services as they'll see you as easy prey to open your wallet. Now take a deep breath and relax. Talk to a wide variety of people, men and women. It doesn't matter if they're in their 20s or 80s. Just immerse yourself more in social situations. Build confidence and try to enjoy talking to people, asking them questions and being more of a curious mind. Also develop your listening skills and try to pay attention to what people enjoy talking about.

Lower your pressure through practice. Once you feel more comfortable after talking to a wide variety of people and about a wide variety of topics, start chatting up women in your age range. Don't be afraid of rejection. On a high note, ask for her number and make your exit upon receiving it or after a rejection. Don't get angry, argue, upset or show any negative emotions if she says no, she has a boyfriend, etc. Keep practicing.

You need to be able to make people feel good when you're around them and recognise when someone decides that they'd like you to make them feel good more than usual. That's it. That's 'game'.

you can ignore basically everything you read about 'technical' game. I promise. I've tested it to death. There's no 'technique' (and since we are verbal, these techniques will come out in 'lines', so you could say there's no lines) that will 'attract' a girl. She decides that before you've even spoke. Stuff will 'appear' to work when you use the lines and techniques on girls who were just attracted to you adn they will always fail on the girls who aren't into you. You'll be fooled by randomness like all PUA's

But you said yourself that you don't feel at all confident. So what you need to work on is feeling more confident and RELAXED around girls, and this is done through exposure, pushing your limits, taking some risks etc...regularly

I'llo take your word for it that you already have looks, ALTHOUGH I spoke too a guy on sosuave PUA website recently who told me he was a virgin but was 'good looking'. He sent me his pics and he was NOT good looking lol!! At all. (so there's a good chance that your looks can at least be improved a lot which will make everything 10x easier)

And as the the other poster said to you, do NOT fall for any of the 'coaching' and stuff that will now flood your DMs. It's a scam. I promise. Save yourself the money and buy something nice!

Go out and speak to women. Keep doing it even with no result until you can have normal conversations. Then learn about flirting. Don’t run before you can walk, and take baby steps. Never have the objective of getting a number. Aim to connect with someone instead.

Would you think you had to learn an arbitrary set of rules? Would you believe the answer was that you had to flirt more or develop a more refined sense of humor? No, and no.

Unfortunately, for guys like you, a small group of guys created a disease, and then claimed they had the cure. Perhaps, "Disease" is too strong a word. They labelled a prevalent part of life for many guys as a "skills deficit" and began marketing the solution, when the fact is if one just follows the dictates of common sense, this "problem" is likely to be solved. You don't have to learn "game" and all the rules and bi-rules "The Masters of the Game" have convinced the naive that are essential to meeting women.

I can easily think of twenty of my friends from high school and the military who had no clue what the three-second rule was, the supposed difference between "day game" and "night game", or that "negging", displaying social value, and "managing a frame" was essential to find a girl friend. For a thousand years it just happened. No games. No elaborate strategies.

This was reflected in the Oscar-award winning film, "Marty:" an overweight, unattractive butcher whose search for love has resulted in one excruciating night of polite refusals after another.He feels shame and hopelessness, and cannot face another round of rejections.

But then he meets Clara, who is just as shy, and who feels just as pitiable as Marty. I suppose the PUA crowd would consider her "damaged goods". And, then something happens: Their loneliness and self-doubt make them kindred souls. They fall in love, proving there are no hopeless cases. It may take longer for some guys, a lot longer, but being real, and not somebody's idea of what one should be, will pay off in the end.

Always improve outer looks - people who say it doesn't matter are liars. Of course, don't fall for the black pill loser edits on TT, but realize improving looks will open doors for you. Experiment with style and haircuts and prioritize the gym. This will help you in other areas of your life as well

As for game, I'd recommend going out with some friends on the weekend to bars/clubs and just shooting some shots. As long as you're respectful and shut it down when someone says no, you're fine. Laugh off any bad rejections. If you don't know where to start there, find some cold approach content on YT/TT/IG, specifically lower budget looking ones (so you don't have some scripted BS that's made to try to sell you some course) and just copy stuff they do. Use it as a baseline and just modify/personalize as you get more experience. Realize that progress comes from learning from failures. I have my fair share.

I'd recommend checking out Playing With Fire and Tim Brazeal - they're not 10/10s but have some CA stuff that feels pretty real for a regular guy. I attribute much of my success with women to PWF

Make a habit of talking to women first. I would suggest saying hello to three women a day until it becomes easy as breathing. Don't try to game them, don't try to hit on them, don't ask for their contact info, nothing. Just get comfortable having basic conversations with women where there's no pressure of getting a "result" at the end of it.

Once that becomes second nature, you can graduate to "gaming" stuff.

In short, you need to have a playful vibe, use all kinds of stories that showcase your charisma, but as with everything in life, too much is as bad as too little, so aim for balance. Those concepts about: 'us bubble,' push-pull, qualify/disqualify, jokes, games - all those things were created for "game", to increase the attraction level.

Learn 3-4 short funny/interesting stories + a few routines/scripts like Phill Heitlinger does in these videos VIDEO and VIDEO, all these playful things are "game". Now you have a start point and you develop 'game' with repetition, like building muscles; at first, it is difficult, but the more you do, the better you become.
