Hello, I'm 22 years old Russian student. I've learned about pickup 6 years ago and from that time I've tried to start approaching tens of times and make close to 100 approach in these years. This is laughable statistic, it is not? Because in last two days I already make 15 approaches without any emotional problem. But when I just started back then I've felt as if I dying even before approach. It wasn't lasted too long, but when fear and negativity disappeared my brain as if blocked my ability to approach at all. And I couldn't cure that for years, even after reading and watching almost all that exist in runet and most things in english, including Blueprint and seddit threads about my Approach Anxiety.

I'm sure that there is many people with such problem, so I'll share my mindset and maybe it will help someone.

REJECTION DOESN'T EXIST BEFORE PROPER MEETING OR DATE

When you first approaching to girl she don't know enough information about you to make decision if she want to be with you or not. Maybe you are super-star, or super-rich, or popular and charismatic, or perfect person. She can't know. Moreover you also can't know if you truly like this girl before proper meeting in which you can reject her as well! Main problem with approach - you can't really reject her, but secret is - she can't as well. Your approach is just a test of if she is ready right know to meet you, or not. It has nothing to do with how attractive you are and how good your game. Even the best of the best still not really liked by most girls when they just open them - it is the fact and don't believe anyone who say otherwise. Because she can have many reason that has nothing to do with you to not invest in potential relationships right now with some stranger, even if he is good looking and interesting.

You are just ordinary guy

Yes. You are no PUA, no mister Galaxy, no cool guy, no alpha. If you think that you are someone great, then you will feel bad when find out on practice that not all girls like you. There is no guy who can have sex with any woman. And so the only right mindset about yourself is "I'm ordinary guy, but this is enough". No matter how ordinary you are there is always girls who potentially will love you for who you are. You can't have any girl, but you are enough to have girl of any level. Not very attractive girl 4/10 can reject guy, can say that he is creep and disgusting and at the same time 10/10 girl can love the same guy unconditionally.

If you can't control yourself then you can't control anything or anyone

If you can't do that you decide to do, then no one will do that you want them to do. It is easy and short, it is not?

If you can't approach to get sex, then just approach to have fun

This helped me to start. I just use approach to amuse myself. I just say something to her to amuse myself, not ot make her interested, give me phone or any other reaction. She even can ignore me, it don't really matter.

I can say more, but this is already a little too long, anyway when you are in field you can't think about too many things. That is important - to have such mindsets while in field, not just while you sit at home in comfort. Just test it and see if it worked. I now don't feel any discomfort before or after approach, though my brain still have a little resistance because still can't see "real profit".

And now the question. There is too many different masters or gurus and not all of them great, some just earn money and don't properly help people. I liked Mark Manson the most, but even his book didn't help me with my AA. And so I want to know:

What is your experience and results?
