I have seen a LOT of inner game material on this sub about approaching women. So I thought may be some are confused after reading all these philosophical advices. So here is a simple guide for you that should significantly reduce your approach anxiety. Enough theory, time for action!

First , get this. The more you approach women with an honest purpose in mind the more experienced you become and the more experienced you are the less approach anxiety you'll feel in the future because you'll have learned those essential things that can't be taught in a book or video. So here is what I'm talking about.

  • Wake Up early and go outside for a run. Don't try to run like David Goggins. Run a moderate distance (90% of your max). And then walk back the whole distance at a faster pace than you usually walk. If you do this in the morning, your brain fog will go away and the serotonin created during the exercises will keep your mood elevated for a big portion of the day. It sounds simple but just try it to see what happens.

  • When you come home, take a shower, wash your body, and then turn on your favorite music. Lose yourself in the beat, dance to it. The purpose of all these is to get you out of your self-consciousness. Loosen up your neck and shoulders. At this point you should feel like a million bucks.

  • Now go out and just start talking with people. It can be anyone. A homeless person, a construction worker, a businessman, old granny... It doesn't matter. Give em eye contact and just start talking with em. And then when you see an attractive girl, it'll be a lot lot lot easier to approach. Use your favorite opener. Communicate honestly. Let her know that you're not here to waste her time and you are going somewhere as well. Always have something better to do than meeting girls.

What to do after she's interested in you? That depends on the situation and a topic for whole another discussion. But for now you know the fundamentals of how to kill approach anxiety. Once you start applying em, you'll learn even more. That's the beauty of the process, you learn something new about yourself and attraction everyday.
