There's nothing wrong with chatting with anybody. Just be sure to find out her age before going any further.
You probably wouldn't be asking this question if you already had a healthy dating life, so make sure you're focusing on the big picture. Do everything you can to gain as much experience as you can, in a variety of environments. There are no quick fixes.
