Blitzik is right, there are nice guys, guys confident enough to treat women with respect. These guys can be lady killers, with more repeat business than douches. Then there are "nice guys" who think being nice means being her bitch. Nice guys however are not called nice guys, women just say he's a real man, or a gentalman

Don't be the kind of guy that girls claim they want.
Be the kind of guy that girls are always complaining about.

What they want, and what they desire, are usually contradictory things.

I think being confident in your actions is the difference between the two. Nice guy who is secure about being nice is a lot different then one who is furtive about it. Be nice, but do it gusto. Sincerity has a lot to do with it. Some people are assholes and some are nice but don't try to be one if you're the other.

I had a problem with it when I was younger. ended up missing out because the girl didn't think I was interested. A lot of girls have been trained to respond to dog behavior so they are not use to the nice guy stimulus.

We like nice guys. We do not like or appreciate spineless, non confident, whining guys. :)

Get up your confidence and conversation skills, talk to women for other reasons than getting her in bad, participate etc and turn up the heat if you are interested in a women.

Generalization: If given the choice of an asshole kind of PUA who know his way around a women and a whiny submissive 'Nice guy' I take the PUA. If there is a confident, nice young man as a choice, I heartly prefer that third choice. :)

There's nothing wrong, but niceness does not equal attraction. Your good deeds are not going to make her want to magically suck your dick. You can be nice or bad with good game.

I always thought the "nice guys finish last" saying was bullshit. Push over's finish last. You can be a nice guy and succeed, just like you can be an asshole and succeed. But chances are if you're a push over, you're not going to have much luck.

There is an unfortunate myth propagated by self-identified "nice guys" that in order to be "nice" you have to be a people pleasing doormat who sacrifices all their desires in order to get people to "like them"

When in reality what they are is just that, doormats, tools, people who are used simply because they allow people to do it. All the while the complain about how the world is mean. I know, I used to be one.

There's nothing inherently wrong with being a nice guy. The problem is that it often includes being a pushover and weak, and it's also a problem when people (men and women) complain that they're so nice, "why won't anyone love them?", not realising that you have to be attractive on top of that. Being nice isn't going to get you in.

Point is, if you are a "Niceguy" as pointed out by blitizik, You aren't doing a bad thing. After all, That is what girls claim to want.

Story is, "Bad guys" actually go for it.

If you go for a kiss, chances are you get rejected, maybe even alot. if you try it 10 times a week, you might get rejected 9 times.

But its the one that gets approved that matters.

Being a nice guy means the same but a little bit better perhaps, lets say 4 out of 5 times you get rejected, but each time takes you 6 months.

Thats the whole difference.
