I learned that it's easy to talk to pretty girls. They like to be approached. I learned that I have been a total vag for the last 25 years. I learned that I really have to step up my game and my posture is significant in game. Overall, it felt like a good weekend.

I have learned to drink a lot less. I need to few drinks to take off the edge as i'm quite new to this but this weekend I went a bit overboard and ended up catatonic before closing time.

I've recently been trying to drink less when I go out. When I went out this weekend I only had 3 beers during the pregame (drank them pretty quickly)... However, soon after I finished drinking them, I ended up getting tired an hour or so later in the field. Next time I'm either not going to drink, or drink them slower.

Also, a Friday early evening nap for a few hours would be beneficial. Nothing more I hate than getting into field, and yawning like crazy at 11:30PM (I wake up at 6:30 am every day for work)

Went out with some guys Thursday and I chatted up with some girls we had met. May not be a big thing but it was for me. Made me realize that I can do this! The two buddies I went with mentioned later that they were proud of me. Felt really good.

At bars and clubs I'm usually pretty concerned about going the distance more than anything else. Usually I will snag a number and get out of there if I'm pretty sure that the interaction isn't going to go much further, but I will always push until I find that point. This usually takes a good bit of time...

This weekend I had a couple interactions where things were going quite well, but I grabbed the number after 2-3 minutes and got out of there. (I had an old g/f in town and was a little preoccupied with her)

I haven't really gotten anywhere with these yet, but I think I'm going to shoot for a few numbers every time I go out just as warm ups. Without much effort at all I have 6 cute girl's numbers after two nights - this is a great complement to same night game that I overlook a lot.

Also, a girl isn't going to want to give her number out to a few different guys because she doesn't want to look slutty. So it's a great way to lock up a few girls in the beginning of the night. Then when you run back into them you already have their number so they are going to more comfortable and receptive.

I will also add that it is probably a good idea to at least have one text exchange the same night, even if it's a "it was nice meeting you" - because now I'm trying to figure out how to start it up with a girl from saturday and I'm lucky if she even remembers who I am.

I noticed I had some troubles with entitlement. My game is solid with girls I don't find intimidating but with the reallllyy hot ones I find myself going into my head and searching for game to run on them. So Friday I went out with the sole purpose of expressing sexual intent and physically escalating. It worked. Jeffy says there needs to be motion in the dong for her to get turned on and reflecting back on my previous conquests there is a direct correlation between if I have a semi and if I kiss them. It's not because I'm not attracted but if you don't have movement down there she's not going to feel aroused. Anyways so Friday I went out with escalate and get aroused in front of the really hot ones. It worked. Instead of wanting to kiss them because it would validate me or something I wanted to kiss them because I needed to get off. A few make outs and two numbers from this. One make out with one of the hottest in the joint.

Saturday I went to a friends place for a small party. No one but good friends here. One thing I learned is not to force state when going out. Do things to help build it but just accept how you feel in that moment. When your out with your best friends and everyone is still chilling do you try to force yourself into a fake 'better' state. No you just have fun chilling if your not in the mood to go crazy and if you get in that mood later so be it. Oh and I also learned not to put hard liqour in a beer funnel. Damn boilermakers made me cancel a date this aft do to hangover

I'm pretty new to approaching women. I've always been good with people, especially men, but I was always friendzoned with the women. AFC. I decided I had to take some time to work on myself, and I've spent the last year working out 3-6 days a week, eating properly, and educating myself on fun/interesting stuff like gymnastics and viticulture and small engine repair. I have recently decided to re-enter the field. I'm at a point in my life where I'll be able to afford kids in 5-7 years and am keeping an eye out for someone who would be good. But I also realize I will have to date many many women before I find one worth settling down with, maybe more than 5-7 years. So I'm in it to have fun too.

I went to a house show with some local stand-up comedians, at a house where I know all the people who live there but few if any of the other guests at the party. I was trying out a new piece of swag. I'm trying to grow my hair long and it's at that awkward in between stage, and I'm sick of hats, so I decided to try tying a bandana over it. I went and bought a nice silk one that matched the color of my shirt. I wasn't sure if I looked like an idiot or not. No one really said anything before the show.

One of the comedians, a cute HB7, said as soon as she got on stage, "I like your bandana. It matches your shirt." O_o Awesome.

One of the later comedians, about HB8, maybe 9 but I couldn't see her body cuz she had a big poofy coat on. (Minnesota winter...) Anyway, she spent some time making fun of members of the audience. She called me bandana-box. She was kind of drunk and really stoned. I wasn't sure how to take it.

After her set but while the show was still going on, I ran into her in the crowd on my way back from the bathroom, and she approached me saying "Sorry for calling you out earlier, yadada." Obviously flirty. I was caught off-guard, I had to ad-lib it entirely. I was stoned, which always makes me socially awkward penguin. (I had planned to be not so high by the time the show was over so I could socialize.) I trailed off a few times and it almost got awkward, but I pulled it together and from her disaster of a purse we got to talking about how messy our cars were. I had left my jar of weed at my seat and I didn't want it (or my spot close to the front) to get jacked, so I cut off our conversation and ran back there for the rest of the show to get un-high.

About 45 minutes later the rest of the comics were done and the party started. I found this girl talking to one of my friends who lives at the house, so I walked up and joined the conversation. She had just returned from smoking outside and her hands were freezing. It was a good way to start some kino, I warmed her hands up for her and it was true, they were freezing. Some light touching on the back and a few good looks back and forth, plus my buddy has a girlfriend already so he made an excellent wing, talking me up without being obvious about it. I could have stayed a while longer if I wanted, but I decided to leave while the experience was at its peak and told her the truth, I live about 50 minutes away so I should probably leave now, it's already pretty late. I haven't been drinking, and I'm not high anymore, so I'm good to go. I got her number and invited her to a party at the same house next weekend, it should be a quieter party with good opportunity for socializing. Score.

TL;DR I'm not sure if it was my new swag, or the confidence with which I wore it, but it worked in my favor and I got a number and a next date. Being in good shape seems to give you more license to wear goofy shit and get noticed.

I've always felt a little weird trying to hit on girls when I am around girls that I am friends with. But I have realized that girls seeing you are friends with another girl gives you some pretty decent social proof.

I got shut down hard by a girl who I was pursuing in my extended social circle. I'm not all that certain what went wrong - I think it may have been an issue of rapport before attraction, because every time I tried to escalate things didn't feel quite right. Touching her generally didn't go well. Time to cut my losses and back off - either wait for her to come knocking or let her lie. Probably the latter.

The night wasn't a total loss, though - earlier, as I was moving to get a beer at the bar, I ran into a girl who looked like she'd rather be anywhere else as a guy was chatting her up and he looked pretty creepy. I come up on her other side, let her see me, slide my arm around her waist, and go "Baby, who's this?" with a knowing wink. She runs with it, and eventually this other dude gets blown out. She thanks me profusely, we wind up shooting some stuff, and we go our separate ways - the group I was there with called me back.

What went right there was it got physical very quickly and we immediately were comfortable with that. What went wrong was that I didn't pursue it further and build into an isolation and close.

Can't win 'em all. Back to the drawing board.

went out with a couple dudes I know and they're cool dudes but for some reason my one buddy that's single wouldn't open and was pretty much just standing there holding a drink all night and then talking crap about different dudes in the place. it affected my game worse than anything ever had.

This weekend I learned that girls my age 24 are going to have some kind of baggage. Kids, bad ex bf, bad laugh Fran laugh, kids, the dreaded"by the way I have a kid", I'm sorry I can't sleep with you because I have herpes. God It seems like ever woman I meet has something wrong. This is why I'm always with my ex. At least I'm her baggage.

On Friday, I had a date, and it occurs to me now that practicing how to project myself more sexually, and to continue pushing a little past my comfort zone, will get me further much quicker. On Saturday, I learned if you go to a videogame band concert at a videogame store, there will (surprise) be no targets. Had a great time though.
