My cheat sheet that I actually use to massively improve my life. It's not about someone else it's about you. Take ownership of your self development.

  1. Increase the volume of your inner voice: Meditate or long duration cardio helps tremendously and will help you become stoic like.
  2. Don't start your day online.
  3. Wake up earlier, like a hour or more than usual, for "you" time.
  4. Develop a morning "success" algorithm.
  5. Own time with great time management: The surest way to discipline passion is to discipline time: decide what you want or ought to do during the day, then always do it at exactly the same moment every day, and passion will give you no trouble.
  6. Listen to positive music in the morning and catch a vibe.
  7. Hit the gym as early as possible preferably before work or school combine with cardio and "me time," and positive music.
  8. Keep a log of your micro success in life. Read these to yourself in the morning when you wake this is your daily check/ circuit breaker on "you can't do things." This will help your confidence.
  9. Take on a physical task/ responsibilities/ hobbies where the only choice is to be strong, be effective or get destroyed in the context of a group. This will help you "own" your strong image you project. This will also help your confidence.
  10. Your not "faking it till you make it" your practicing what you want to become.
  11. "Negative self talk" will not get you anywhere actually it ill get you "more negative." Speak life to yourself and others.
  12. Realize most people are just getting by. It's easy to compete for last just do nothing. Competing to be elite is better because there is less "competition." Literally, as you start to do well, you will automatically standout and you will realize who is faking it and who you can learn from.
