Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster here. I had an epiphany last year about inner game and self worth. I was always unsure about my self worth and how that affects my chances in relationships. So I was struck with a simple question:

What do you bring to the table? Why should someone date you?

If you cannot honestly answer this question or feel like you are lying to yourself when you answer it, that's a big problem. People want someone valuable in their life - and if you have aspirations to date someone wonderful and valuable, then you need to bring something to the table as well. Start figuring out how to create value in your life - with your work, your hobbies, your social skills etc. Keep working on yourself until you can answer that question. Don't give up.
