Screening in general. Don't get lost in her looks. See what she's all about and be curious about her life and lifestyle by spending time getting to know her. Watch out for glaring red flags that could indicate mental illness like BPD and NPD. I feel like many guys, myself included, have overlooked bad vibes and incompatibility if the woman is really attractive. Don't do it. Screen as well as you can.

Go out, have fun, and really try to get to know people instead of going out trying to get laid. This takes all the pressure off and girls just want to have a good time.

Switch to this mind set you will talk to way more people, both guys and girls, and make new friends. Talk to people and get to really know who they are. Learn their interests, job, everything you can about a person, and be genuinely interested. I’ve friend zone girls because they’re clearly not what I’m looking for but they’re still good people. I then invite them out with me to have a good time and walking into a room with a girl by your side already ups your value. And remember these girls have girl friends. That might be your next girlfriend and you already won the friend approval.

This simple change helped me find the most compatible girl I’ve ever met. She doesn’t use dating apps and hangs out with a small group of people. Without that mindset of having fun and getting to know people I would have never made the connection with her.

Learn to relax in situations.

Emotional response comes before thought. You can't address how you feel about yourself and situations through all of these concepts. By the time you've recognized there's a problem, it's already over; you want to be in the position where you never see a 'problem', you never recognize anything as a 'threat' to begin with, you never want to entertain any notion that you're 'not good enough'.

No one, I mean no one, has been tense and uncomfortable in a situation, thought 'what did I learn in that video again' and proceed to immediately go super saiyan; never has and never will happen. When you need it, it's too late. You don't recognize a 'threat' and learn to overcome it, you learn to never see it as a 'threat' in the first place. If you don't see things as 'threats', you're naturally high status, act with charisma and get results accordingly.
