And those men won't actually find a decent woman to procreate with. They eventually will settle.
Any young woman in her 20s who dates an older man 15+ years older is usually low hanging fruit with low hanging fruit. These 40 something men want to have babies with 25 year olds, but no one healthy, educated, and high value who is 25 is going to do that with a guy in his 40s or 50s. It's the lower hanging fruit that will. These men are delusional.

My friends daughter (23) was telling me that she and most of the women she knows aren’t going for men of their own age because they’re mostly LVM.
She said that older men are a more attractive option now.
I don’t know what it’s like in other countries or regions, but here (a university town) a lot of men in their 30s, 40s and 50s are considered successful, respectful and I’ve even heard the word“suave” being said by younger women. I shit you not.
Maybe it’s easy to manipulate younger women, like you said, either way it seems that older men are having a good time with them. For now.

Case in point. PUA go after low hanging fruit. I know because I was a target for PUAs when I had acne and was uglier and was a bartender. Now that I work in tech in well paying job I am treated better by men everywhere, and the men who do show interest are better behaving men who do not use PUA shit with me but are actually trying to get to know me in a intentional way not focused on sex.
It's all about how men perceive you within society that will dictate your treatment, and pickme culture comes from constantly wanting to adapt to that. I have rejected a lot of that.
Not every young guy uses PUA stuff. It only seems like they all are because the only young men who talk to them are PUAs. A kind HVM doesn't use PUA shit. They do exist but they aren't going after your friends daughter.

I would not say that there is often young inexperienced women getting either baby trapped or isolated and dependant on their older partners not every woman has loving family or middle class life or even access to therapy. I was that 20 something woman who married 40 plus guy : i needed therapy which i couldn't afford nor access from where i am from he used his shiny citizenship and free healthcare to lure me in . Good news word is going out so any mentally sane person or friend would shame him brutally today. Honestly for most men it doesn't hurt them when they get turned down it hurts them when they get cutt off their social circles. Every guy has that guy friend who trys on younger women pressure him to cut him off see how fast that guy will change track

FDS teaches to expect basic decency and respect but if you are trying to get the super hot fuck boy on tinder to settle down with you when he has 1000 other girls hes playin at the same time it might be time to reevaluate what your standards are and to value better things in a man, like respect, decency, drive, high moral character, honesty, kindness, maturity, similar values and life goals, etc etc. Dont compromise on how you let a man treat you ever, always have standards as far as what you expect from a man.

There’s a difference between standards and leagues.
To me, leagues are superficial qualities you can evaluate without getting to really know a person. Social status, looks, job, financial background, etc.
Standards are much harder. Integrity, honesty, good treatment, good work ethic, empathy, etc. You have to spend time and effort to find these. Also, it has no correlation to league.
FDS promotes having high standards. We are all from different leagues. If I am a 40 year old waitress with no formal education, it would be unreasonable to think my league match is a 25 year old billionaire supermodel. But I don’t see why this same waitress can’t have just as high standards as anyone else.

So many of us have been socialised into being complete pushovers that we've now reached a point where wanting a guy to pay for dinner on a date, communicate respectfully, and demonstrate you're a priority to them is considered being "too picky'. We've now reached a point where society is saying that expecting men to look after themselves, have a job and treat women with respect is too much to ask of them! This should be the bare minimum.

It's so insanely cancerous, that wanting a man who is a decent and respectful human being is considered reaching. I'd rather be forever alone than be with a man that has the emotional depth of a piece of tissue paper.
I think things would change faster if they knew that it's detrimental to them, too. They seem to only care when their ability to get laid is in jeopardy. But even faced with that, though, they just piss and moan because that would require effort on their part, like the lukers here.
