I once knew a man who had a niche job, and he would constantly send messages talking about what he was doing at his job, idk why. Because he had no life? To appear important? All of the above? Whatever.

He would use all these bizarre terms that only people in that field would understand. Hoping that I would ask about it so that he could mansplain and pretend to be more intelligent than he was.

If you encounter men like this, don't be impressed. It's fucking rude. Ignore the jargon, don't ask, and avoid speaking to them ever again.
