As a man who is tired of man bashing, I want the exact same opportunity for men who are underrepresented in an area. I got a degree in nursing when we were rare in the profession. All work environments were desperate to fill more positions with men. Although I heard that NOW opposed it, we were legally preferred in hiring.

It's that easy, it's literally a check box.

It's preformative, these companies don't actually care about diversity as much as people online think they do. What they care about is image and perception.

I've been LGBTQ since 2022 with my employer. It's a box I tick on an HR document once each year when they survey our employees so they can get their HR feel-good boner about being an inclusive employer. It doesn't go to my personal manager, it doesn't get disclosed to anyone, it's literally a box ticked in a sea of paperwork that nobody gives a fuck about.

So apply, indicate that you're non-binary and your chosen pronouns are he/him, and move the fuck on.
