I don't know why your comment didn't get enough attention given how important it is! Unfortunately, I'm not in Canada, but something needs to be done!, and I'm not sure that suing is either affordable or will work.
OP, how busy is this place on Sundays? May be start handing flyers with competitors who serve men on Sundays? Or put a chalk board on public property but close to the entrance: "These bike shops don't discriminate based on gender" with addresses of those bike shops.

That's historically inaccurate. Furthermore, forcing the two cultures to assimilate before they were ready is what ultimately gave rise to groups like the KKK. There would have been much less violence had the government not gotten involved.

This had the effect of INCREASING racial prejudice because non-prejudicial people lost business and were themselves subject to stigmatization. Communities don't make decisions. Individuals do. You cannot force individuals to associate with other individuals. The very fact that you believe the way you do is evidence that there's little you'd need to worry about if you allowed people in your community to discriminate. It significantly helped to decrease racial prejudice in America by forcing people to integrate. It allowed people that supported integration to come out of the shadows and know they were protected by the government, and it also helped to remove a lot of previous notions and preconceived biases towards minorities that otherwise went unchallenged when people lived their entire lives without integration. Did it happen instantly? No. But it was a tremendously important change that has led to a lot of good.
Not welcome in entire communities and entire cities because of racial prejudice? That's not the America I think anyone beside Libertarian blowhards want to live in.
It did end well. While there was an initial push against desegregation, eventually people got over it and our society is much better for it.
I think you've deluded yourself to believe that the situation simply would have simply 'worked itself out' had the government not stepped in. It's a tremendously naive and ridiculous assumption.
