Use the women's bathroom, get as many guys as possible to do this, and when you get called out, identify as female. If they try to say you can't do that, you have a nice lawsuit against them.

No OP, not this, you can't piss all over the seat and expect any positive result.

What you CAN do however is ask the principal something like

OP "I identify as a man and there are no mens restrooms on campus, where am I expected to go?"

Principal: "there are gender neutral restrooms you can use"

OP " I don't feel safe using those restrooms."

Then sue.

You'll have to think of a solid reason. Maybe that you consider girls equal and are afraid of sexual aggression/objectification/assault (I'm sure the girls will say the same thing when using the gender neutral rr)

As we now know, this isn't about trans people, but is about destroying male-only space, while preserving female-only space. It's plainly illegal.

I happen to think male-only, and female-only restrooms (without a third category) are also illegal. But that situation is superior to what you have now, which ostracizes half the population and elevates the other half. I would remove all references to sexes, and simply describe what is in each room... toilets in one, urinals and toilets in another. People can figure out what to do from there.

My university did this. They only converted the some of the men's washrooms into gender neutral washrooms. While not a single female washroom was switched. What doesn't make sense to me is that they had to remove the urinals and put stalls up in the male washrooms to convert them. But would of only had to change the signs for the female ones. Even financially it makes no sense.

On top of that they converted the main male washroom to the gender neutral washroom in the engineering building. I am 100% for having a 50-50 split in th engineering field. But at my school only about 5% of the engineering class is female. Makes no sense to me beside the fact that it's only sexist when females have rights taken away not men.

it sucks in Canada because we have such a feminist prime minister who only wants to win the female vote and makes none sensible decisions on equity and equality.

Stupid. Admin shouldn't be surprised when they find female students sucking off the football team in the all gender bathroom, but not vice versa. My assumption is that this is in the US, right? I am not an American, but I think this constitutes a violation of Title IX. I know a lot of people here are suggesting that you use the female restroom as an act of protest, and while I understand their frustration, I wouldn't necessarily suggest this course of action. It might come across as juvenile and might undermine your cause.

Do US high schools have PTAs? If so, that might be a good recourse. Convince your parents and your friends' parents to raise the issue, and threaten legal action if the scenario is not rectified

i would so do what Cartman did on South Park, just go use the girl's restroom, if they wanna get rid of boy's restrooms and make them gender neutral, then go use the girl's restroom and if the teachers or principle try to punish you, just claim that your trans and identify as a woman and even use the SJW buzzwords against them, like saying that your ''gender fluid'' and that your a ''cis'' for ''trampling on my rights as a trans student'' and then threaten to sue.

The irony is the school seems to thinks transgenders are only good enough to enter a male's space and convert the men's restrooms for their needs. However transgenders are not good enough to convert women's restrooms for their needs. They aren't welcomed.

Males are disposable and must encompass everybody's needs. Yet young women at that school receive exclusive special treatment above others. To be fair they should have converted both restrooms if they plan to do any.
