In another discussion about women's personal stories about rape, one woman talked about how she had specifically consented to protected sex, but he then took the condom off without telling her and kept at it.

If a person tells another person that they will only have sex with them with a condom on, and then the condom is removed without their knowledge, what should that be classified as? I'd never say that just because someone lied to you about the circumstances, that makes it rape, but this involves health and possible pregnancy. Nor would I say that just taking the condom off is rape, but if it is explicitly stated beforehand as the condition for consent... I'm not sure.

This is the kind of thing that falls into societal grey rape, and I'm not sure whether or not it should legally be able to be prosecuted as rape. Having been grey-raped in a similar (but not quite the same) manner a couple of times, it's something I'm concerned with, but not sure whether or not it belongs in the legal spectrum, or at least, not sure where it belongs in the legal spectrum.
