Long story short, there was alleged sexual misconduct between me and a health provider. Intimate acts, unprofessional texts, personal outings together, etc. Under the RHPA, that is considered sexual misconduct and sexual abuse.

Later lodged complaint to her Regulatory Body after I realized that she was using me as an emotional tampon for her problems with her wealthy ex-boyfriend.

The Registered health professional received the Regulatory complaint.

She went to Toronto Police accusing me of fabricated things like uttering threats, sexual assault, hate speech, criminal harassment, sexual harassment, sharing intimate images, etc.

In a conversation with Toronto Police, a Toronto Police Detective told me that the Regulatory Complaint is criminal harassment and that if I continue to communicate with the Regulatory Body, I will be arrested. Detective advised me by email to withdraw the complaint.

Contacted a lawyer who went through everything related between me and the health provider. Lawyer told me I was not in the wrong and that it was the health provider who likely initiated the complaint, but I needed a larger retainer in the event that the Toronto Police arrest me for criminal harassment.

The Regulatory Body was informed that I retained a lawyer. Surprise, the Regulatory Body staff began to contact me again and asked for more information.

In a disclosure document, Regulatory Body was later told by that detective, the day after the conversation, that I was allegedly sending vexatious complaints and that I was forbidden to communicate further with the Regulatory Body.

What is going on in Toronto?

Complaining against a woman is criminal harassment?

I would like a one-way bus ride out of Toronto, please. This place is a living hell for men. Lost a lot of money in legal fees because of a cop.
