They have the responsibility of children but the rights of men, hypoagency, when it's something good happening its her responsibility, if she regrets it or made a mistake, it wasn't actually her fault - they can't take responsibility for themselves and their actions

I think the chart needs to differentiate between first marriages and subsequent marriages from the man's side. 30 years ago a man may have been more likely to get re-married, which would likely occur with older women. These days there is a lot of 1-and-done marriages because once a man realizes how the game is rigged and once they survive the first round of marriage they have zero desire to do it again. The re-marriages could be what's disappearing, not the initial young-and-in-love marriages.

For as long as I can remember I've been against marriage. I always saw it as a bad thing as a kid and teenager. Every married man looked to me to be in a miserable situation. I could not imagine why any man would get married when it was so clearly a horrible situation. Even TV shows constantly make fun of how bad being married is and make fun of beta loser husbands under the thumb of their wives. I can't believe I was considering getting married. I am a retard to think 'this one will be different'. That's why men get married, they think it will be different, but it never is. I'd rather be a sexless, kiss-less sexually frustrated chump than sell my soul and happiness to a woman.

Those two rates aren't necessarily directly comparable.. If there's a larger base population, total number of marriages could stay the same but the rate would decline. Might be better to say that people who are going to get married in an era where marriage is no longer an important rite of passage to adulthood tend to do it younger.

I think it's a very cultural thing.

10 years ago, 30 year olds were the 20 year olds of the 90s. There is a big cultural gap from kids who are raised in the 90s with technology, etc. I'm 30 and my generation of females are really fucked up from a lot of the 90s and 2000s social propaganda, such as Sex in the City, etc, etc.

"Where are the good men", as you say, is an absurd proposition because the good men are taken, and the men from the early puerarchy of the 2000s, all the men they ignored and didn't even try to develop relationships with (I dont even mean marriage, I mean totally flippantly ignored) - are interested in younger women because they know exactly who told them to fuck off while they were growing through their 20s.

We are the statistic. We know exactly what we're seeing. This isn't a second hand analysis, this is first hand experience that many guys on here can relate with right now, so it can be a little odd to distance ourselves and really see that we are the anecdotal evidence - regardless of using red pill or not along the years.

If you look at it that way, the fall off between 30-34 and 35-39 isn't the one getting bigger but the one from 25-29 to 30-34 is.

I would speculate that it is a combination of a several factors, including (but obviously not limited to):

Men finally starting to learn that society/marriage has been restructured in a way in which marriage doesn't offer them nearly as much as it offers the woman. Almost all of the risk is placed on the male, and almost all of the "reward" is given to the female.
Due to the past 30+ years of ridiculous changes to college and the education system (made to bias it towards females), women going to college now outnumber men by almost a third. You can argue that the number of men graduating with useful degrees still outnumbers the number of women doing so, but the fact is that there are now way more women that have higher paying jobs than there were in the past. This, combined with the fact that women seldom "marry down" (i.e., marry someone who makes less money than them), means that there are now less "good men" for those women to choose from.

A simple way of putting this would be:

For they sow the wind, and shall reap the whirlwind.

The graph shows that while 10 years ago, a 30+ y/o woman had a 38.5% (35+ y/o : 10.2%) to marry within 5 years, this rate had declined within a couple of years to 16.8% (0.9%).

Wow, I didn't know it was quite that bad. Now I feel bad for my 30+ female friends.
