"Finally ready for..." and "At this point..." mean that she turned down whatever follows that phrase in the past because she was too busy having "fun" to make responsible choices.
"No more..." means that she's had a lot of whatever follows that phrase, and it's taken such a massive toll on her psyche that she will deny you the very things that she gave away so freely in the past.

In any case, when a woman tells you how much of a train-wreck her life is (especially if she does so unintentionally)... BELIEVE HER!

Make no mistake: if she's now ready to put some destructive behavior in the past, it is not because she no longer wants to do it... it's because she can't.
