Is this the kind of garbage being posted here these days? Holy shit this is rubbish. You think male tennis players don't throw tantrums like this? Look up old videos of John McEnroe.

>You have to have severe mental problems to kill yourself, doubly so for killing yourself over a girl. This is why this sub exists.

Disagree. I used to believe this a few years ago, but have changed my thoughts on it. What you are describing is "rebounding" and it is not healthy, especially for the other person. It also doesn't fix the main problem, which is self-esteem issues. The best cure for oneitis is time to yourself to reflect on why you are addicted to said person and to learn self-love. Rebounding is not a cure, it is a remedy that you shouldn't use as a crutch.

You're too nihilistic. And this AWALT narrative has gotten out of control. To say a woman WILL cheat is to say that it's definite. The reality is that she might or might now. Painting all women with the same brush is plain ignorant and retarded. The exact same can be said for men. You try to come across as a stoic zen master, but really I think deep down you're still hurt by a woman in the past... and really you're still cynical.

Could you possibly explain Tomassi's Iron Rule #6 please? I still don't accept it. I've tried to understand it but I just can't get my head around it nor believe it.

Isn't that the exact same thing from a RP perspective though? If I went on /TRP right now and said NAWALT is reality, 80% of the guys would condemn me for being a beta-cuck-BP-whatever. Hypergamy is not gender specific, and my issue with /TRP is that they completely ignore that reality for the most part. I am not defending BP thought here either, and in many regards I agree that the belief of singular examples of NAWALT isn't really helpful either.

My SO the other day talked to me about if I "believed in the One, or soul mates". My RP knowledge kicked in immediately and it actually scared me to what she was saying. It was like she was baiting me into a BP trap or something.

I don't get it. When a guy sleeps around it's fine, but when a woman does it she's fucked? Isn't that the same as saying that Chad isn't LTR material?

Can confirm. 5'11" guy @ 160 also checking in. My girlfriend always comments on how good my body looks, and in my head I'm like, "I'm not even big". Look at Brad Pitt in Fight Club or Snatch. He was 150-160 @ 5'11" and guys wanted and still want that body. Conor McGregor is another great example. He's 5'9" and walks around at ~160. But remember. Chad trumps that @ 6'4" at 200. That's reality.

You my friend, are deeply BP conditioned. What OP described was the reality of nature. What you described is what society created to curb our nature.

Yeah I have to agree. I have found that Rollo's writing incredibly obtuse and pedantic. It's to scientific and theoretical 99% of men here take it as the word of God. There are a lot of things he writes about that are very unbelievable, such as his 4th Iron Rule of women being unable to love a man in the same way he loves her. He has good ideas, but the way he portrays them are far too academic for me.
/r/TheRedPill30/03/17 09:42 AM

I can't help but feel that there's a deep seeded sense of male insecurity in this post.

Give her enough rope to hang herself. If you can't do that, then you shouldn't be in an LTR. Women will do what they want, just like any red pilled man.

We've all been here dude. You'll look back on this experience and be thankful for it. Focus on you now, don't even rebound on other girls. Consider going monk mode and try to find happiness within. She is more than likely pursuing another guy, and you just have to swallow that pill. You must love yourself more than you love others. What you are experiencing now is a reflection of how much you see yourself; unworthy. Destroy that mindset.

I didn't down vote you. Don't be paranoid because someone else disagrees with your worldview. But to respond to you, I think what you're describing isn't love but simply gender roles. Love, imo isn't this. The attraction we have for each other as sexes is the same. Do we want different things? Yes. But to say women can't love you like a man does is stupid. Again, imho.
/r/TheRedPill24/03/17 12:06 PM

Disagree completely, and I disagree with Tomassi's Iron Rule. Men and Women are capable of the same type of love, and the only reason they say this is because women have natural abundance mentality, because of male orbiters. A male with abundance mentality are capable of the exact same "type" of love that we accuse women of.

Men, since the dawn of time, have allowed that to happen though... and it's not just because of feminism. There are women out there who are self-aware, and it's usually the ones that have been just as burned as Red Pilled guys. This sub is indeed turning into an echo-chamber and it's sad. If there is one thing that is 100% real is the Anger Phase, and I believe we've been going through and epidemic for the past year here.

Ghosting is acting in your best self interest. When a woman disrespects you or doesn't give you what you want -- and its important to know who you are and what you want as a red pill male -- you owe them absolutely nothing. Many, many people, including myself struggle with this but understand the logic behind it. In mainstream circles, the concept is called "No Contact". The problem however, is that the concept is treated as a method or a technique, rather than an internalization of genuine self…

Agreed, and I'm not saying that today's women have over-inflated SMV. But the fact is that TRP principles apply to women just as much yet it's never even fathomed. I personally have never had an issue attracting women/good looking women, yet I see the exact same dynamics in play through the female perspective. SMV has nothing to do with gender, and really SMV is what is fundamentally comes down to.

I think that this is something that is inherently getting worse at TRP. I turned to TRP after a very bad breakup with a girl who branch swung to another guy. I spent a year there and to be honest, learned a lot and saw a perspective that was real, but in some way still rooted in hurt, hate and anger. That's why I'm Purple Pill now, because I'm now in a more emotionally stable and healty place... and that still doesn't mean I reject TRP. The reality is, that men and women are capable of doing the…

I'm gonna point out something here: He left his (attractive) wife for another (younger) woman. At the end of the day, what's the difference between male and female hypergamy. This is one of the biggest issues I have with what TRP teaches... becasue men and women do the same thing and nobody talks about when the guy does it.

This happens in every relationship at some point. It's not unatural or anything, you just have to be aware and objective to her level of attraction to you. 9/10, the best cure is distance. Make her wonder about you, go and do your own thing and don't tell her what. I call it, "me time" when stuff like this comes up. Don't text her for 3/4 days straight and I guarentee you her hamster will wake up. However, this is reality. There also might be the chance that she genuinely doen't care anymore. Th…

I want to add to this. I've destroyed more relationships in my life than saved them, primarily because of the pain I suffered in my past relationships with toxic people influenced my behaviours and decisions. I've said it before and I'll say it again. There is a deep, deep seeded insecurity of women in this sub.
/r/TheRedPill13/02/17 11:20 PM

Wrong. You need to experience a narc to understand how they work. Both men and women can equally be narcs, it is not a gender specific trait. A narc is a narc. Men are just as equally guilty for having narc traits just as much as women. However, do more women have more narc traits than men? In our current Millenial climate, yes.

Good to see you here Rollo! Hear me out. This is my personal experience, this is not my theory. When I was younger, I was the definition of a fuckboy. Very big ego, traits of narcissism, and an almost solipsistic nature. I was/still am quite high in the looks department. This is a topic that I have had clashes with other members on this sub over, and should be debated fully. Overall, I agree with everything you said and there's nothing BP about it. There is so much attention given to the bad qualities of women people. Talk of hypergamy, talk of AWALT, talk of women being incapable of loving men in the same way men love women. Honestly, it's going too far imho. For the new guys? Maybe it's ok and maybe it's needed to be harsh. But in my experience, men and women …

Agreed. One of the most important lessons I've learned over the past few years is how to be objective to her level of attraction to you... and it's ALL about the subtle things. Who texts who first? Does she bite her lip when you flirt with her? Is she submissive to you? Are you constantly having rough and dirty sex? Does she act like a little girl around you? Leaning about the subtle things can save you a lot of pain and drama. But I think we've all learned that the hard way.

You are seeking validation from external sources. Whether or not you realise it, you are putting women, drugs and alcohol above yourself. That is your problem. Start to look inwards, learn how to meditate, read Meditations.

That's not BP conditioning. Both men and women have self-esteem or lack of. Your ex seems like an insecure, controlling, manipulative person. There are also women that experience men like that too. BP conditioning is simply an observation of how men have been emasculated and feminised since the sexual revolution in the 60's. Have self-respect and love something in your life more than women, and the right woman will walk into your life.

You are going to eventually meet a woman who is on your same mental and emotional level as you, because we attract the people into our lives that reflect how we feel about ourselves. Build yourself up from the inside and cultivate self-esteem and train your masculinity. The right person will eventually enter your life. Trust your intuition, the universe is guiding your life

You can afford to love anything you want... but you must be willing to genuinely love yourself first. Produce, don't consume. Don't take without giving back. When you accept this reality, the right people will walk into your life. If the wrong people enter your life, be grateful for the challenge life has given you. There is a lot of insecurity in the guys around here when it comes to women. They are in the 5 stages of grief, at least anger or depression. After that comes acceptance; peace of mi…

The only time you should enter an LTR is if the woman you are seeing is on the same level (emotionally and mentally) as you. All this talk of AWALT, hypergamy, branch-swinging is fine, because the theory is sound and applicable. But if your relationship does not feel effortless and easy, then why are you in an LTR and not just spinning plates. Both men and women cheat on their partners because of three things, and it's not just because of hypergamy: They are not emotionally invested in you (with…

I think every man needs to experience ONEitis in their life. Until you experience what it's like to invest your emotions into something that is as volatile as women, you won't have the emotional fortitude to look out for yourself first. Don't be afraid to love women, but always have something you love more.

They don't call it The Red Pill for nothing. When you swallow it (and I mean really swallow it, because I can bet the majority of the guys here really haven't, even though they say they have) you will go through the 5 stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. If you are depressed, you are nearly there. The light is at the end of the tunnel. However, I do agree that this sub is turning into a place that is both nihilistic and pessimistic, though maybe that's a reflect…

This is something that I've been personally studying for a few months now. The relationship between Alpha and Beta, why women need both, and why depriving her of either will cause her to resent you. I think this is fundamentally why LTRs are seen in a bad light on this sub, because guys aren't willing to show the kind and caring side. You cannot have an LTR without beta traits.

When she said, "I don’t know. We probably shouldn’t be doing this" his job as a man is to make her feel comfortable and eventually get in her knickers. Two steps forward, one step back. This was her LMR, a comfort-test if you like, and he failed it. Thus, no sex. OP wanted sex, because that's what men want. Make NO MISTAKE ABOUT THAT. Both OP and the woman went back to the hotel, with the notion of having sex. It didn't happen. Both parties lose out. There's really nothing complicated about this…
/r/TheRedPill05/01/17 05:19 PM

Dude, stop being pedantic. His aim for the whole night was to have sex with this woman, and with LMR he fails to get what he aimed for. Why would you care what she wants? Do you live your life as to what women want? That's not how the world works. If a woman doesn't feel safe with you, she won't have sex with you. Both parties lose out.
/r/TheRedPill05/01/17 04:54 PM

He had a HB9 in his room that showed classic LMR... and he failed miserably. This woman wanted him inside her, and he fucked it up all by himself. Then he makes a post titled, "Calling a woman's bluff can be better than sex". Which is possibly the greatest lie I think I've ever heard from a FR.

ALL women seek security and comfort, but they want it from a man they are physically attracted to. That is femininity. That is not Blue Pill mythology. The female sexual strategy is two-fold; tingles and commitment. Commitment is a beta trait, tingles are an alpha trait. They want both. It doesn't matter if you are Chad, if she doesn't feel safe and comfortable around you she will bounce to someone who will.

I think you're on to something there. Both men AND women are superficial, women possibly more. However, people grow and mature and their superficial expectations fade. The best relationships I've had with women have been the women that have had the same experiences as men. Girls get cheated on ALL the time, it's not just men. There are plenty of men and women out there who have the same values and principals.

90% of this sub is full of guys that have been burnt by women in the past, and I don't blame them for still being angry. But that's just it, the majority is still angry. After reading your post, this is the brain fart that came into my head: The Red Pill exists because the egos of men have been destroyed attached to the uncontrollable nature of women external sources. Kill the ego, is a narrative that is very popular around here. Maybe we're all just searching for meaning. Maybe we're all simply looking to find enlightenment.

Take this as constructive criticism. You are not fucking her like a testosterone fueled man should be. Start getting rougher, pull her hair, slap her ass, throw her around, choke her, talk dirty to her. What I'm trying to say is, you need to unlock the primal animal inside you and dominate her. As Gavin McInnes once said, "Great sex is on the verge of going to court". Embody the barbarian and you'll wake up in the morning with your cock in her mouth.

This is something that I've been finding very hard to come to terms with. Ever since my ex cheated on me, I've found it very, very hard to trust the girls in my relationships. So much so that if I start bonding emotionally with any one of them, I immediately feel insecure and start to hold back with them. I would go a tiny bit further and say her diagnosis is that she's insecure. Women who are like this are controlling, needy and create unnecessary drama if things don't fit her "reality". Whether or not he passed her shit-tests, they would have still continued on the same consistent basis. This is the pattern of the insecure woman. His FR even alludes to this. And I've seen redpills failing to discern LTR from spinning a single plate and either getting oneitis or overdreading and destroyin the relationship. Usually both. This was me in my last relationship. I overdreaded her in the beginning (due in part to her being quite insecure) and ended up getting oneitis and her leaving me. I'm curious as to what your definition of this is, and the difference between the type of love you've experienced? FYI, I think you should look into Coach Corey Wayne. His material sounds like it would suit you. I'm a massive fan of his.

To be honest, this only applies to an ltr. Being beta (in some way) is essential for a woman, because her sexual strategy is two-fold; tingles and commitment. It doesn't matter if you're Brad Pitt, if you can't provide for a woman, even emotionally, she will leave you for someone who will. I get the impression that your definition of beta orbiters = losers in the friendzone. That is not what I mean when I describe how a man is supposed to love a woman. Women are children... and you cannot expect…

On first reading your reply, it sounds like you don't want to accept the Iron Rule of Tomassi #6: Women are utterly incapable of loving a man in the way that a man expects to be loved. Women are incapable of loving men in a way that a man idealizes is possible, in a way he thinks she should be capable of. However, I get the feeling that you understand the fickle nature of women, not to pedestalize, and not to love from a Blue Pill perspective. For that reason, you do actually understand Iron Rul…

Men have and always will; love women. That is nature. ONEitis is not love. It is an emotional attachment to an external source. It is infatuation, noting more. This is the definition of Blue Pill love I believe. It's no coincidence that lust has been warned against as far back as the Book of Proverbs. So what is real love? In a Red Pill sense, I believe it is the same type of love you have for a child; a daughter, a niece, a baby sister. You give and expect nothing in return, and you're OK with …

Not what I said. If you place your self validation on external sources, you are not going to be happy. It's a fundamental Red Pill teaching.

/r/TheRedPill28/12/16 05:27 PM

Right there, your statement implies that the measure of a man's worth is by banging the hottest girl. Until a man is able to look inward and cultivate self-respect and self-love... you will always be seeking external validation, either from women or other sources.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/16 02:51 PM

I would argue that what you are experiencing is a Comfort-Test. Your girl's insecurities are driving her mental and she feels like you don't love her. This would be a shit-test if you were acting like a Beta... but you're not from what I can see. The more insecure a girl is, the more she needs beta traits from her man. My advice; tone back the alpha and do something nice for her. However, if she's toxic insecure... dump her and find a healthy woman.
/r/askTRP28/12/16 01:05 PM
3

Well of course they do. Under the right circumstances a man will to. My point is that there are plenty of women out there from healthy families that have values and ideals the same as men do. All women are hypergamous, to some degree; so to do all men want to fuck every hot girl that walks by. We can all control our natural urges to some degree... others can't.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/16 12:48 PM

Slow down there buddy, let's be reasonable here. I think what /u/Plan_of_Action is alluding to is the reality that most girls who are 8's and 9's have an unholy amount of orbiters, which in turn gives her unworthy praise, which in turn strokes her ego, which in turn effects her solipsism. I agree with you, that there are 8's and 9's who are not like this, and are normal in female terms. But the reality is that most beautiful women are super insecure.

I completely disagree with your line of thinking. You are inflating the idea that narcissism is good and avoiding the fact that narcissists are the most insecure people of all. Narcissists project a false sense of power, and a false sense of confidence. The fact is that narcissists project a very thin veil that can be easily shattered (they have a very weak Frame). I would argue that you, in fact, suffer from this false sense of narcissism and an almost solipsistic out-view... exactly the type o…

You are using AWALT out of context like a large majority of guys on this sub. Seriously, it's actually becoming a problem because it's completely out of context. AWALT, by it's definition purely, is a description of a woman's hypergamous nature. That is it, that is all it has ever meant. Please stop using it for ever scenario involving a woman.

Yeah I agree and encourage that, fake it til you make it is a powerful strategy for new guys. But the point is that narcissism is a quick fix and will not last in the long run. I was a narcissist when I was younger, it's an empty period of my life. Attracting girls left, right, and center... but never the decent, healthy girls. I genuinely mean this, but when you encourage yourself to find healthier life-style choices and cultivate real self-confidence and self-esteem... you will attract high qu…

How the fuck can feminism even think to make claims that it wants equality of genders when it allows this shit to happen? Because women are children and children want for everything. You can sum up the relationship that men have with feminism by using the analogy of a father and his daughter. You have to find a woman that has her shit together. No amount of TRP knowledge will help you with dealing with women (people) who are very insecure, narcissistic, sluts, toxic individuals or just plain spoiled brats. Of course it's real. No man is totally 100% Alpha badass who runs around and never settles. Every man has the instinctual urge to protect and provide for a mate, it is part of our DNA as men. That goes for the highest tier alphas too. It is absolutely natural for men to have beta traits, the problem however arises when it is pushed too far and you end up with a society full of "men" who pander to a woman's every need and "women" who have been raised to be spoiled little brats. So many people don't understand the AF;BB dynamic. They think AF is all women want... and they are sadly mistaken. I agree, attraction isn't a choice. Either she is into you or she isn't. But the same principle applies; if a chick digs you, you can increase her attraction by removing yours. That is most definitely one side of the coin. The emasculation of the Western male has been growing since the hippie movement in the 60's. However, it's far deeper than that. The lesson is AWALT. This is literally hypergamy 101. Women need to constantly be chasing a guy, if they're not dying for you to be inside them, then you're doing something wrong. Always be objective of a woman's behaviour and attraction to you. It's VERY hard to do, especially when you develop emotions for her. Who texts who first? Does she talk about other guys to make you jealous? Jude her actions, not her words. Keep her chasing.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 08:50 AM

This is the problem though. That kind of indifference drives women to seek you even more. Women need to be always chasing. If they're not then you're gonna get fucked eventually. That's why I don't invest attention into girls anymore. If they're chasing you, they're not dumping you.

Fair point and I like to see honesty. It shows integrity so well done. The key to passing shit-tests (in a red pill sense, ghosting is a shit-test of sorts) the key to passing them is to be outcome independent. Remember, women are children. Nothing they can say should bother you because they are children. A woman's sexual strategy is two-fold: Tingles and Commitment. That means she wants both, not one over the other... but both. If you give a woman tingles, she will then want exclusivity EQUALLY AS MUCH. Same goes for giving a woman commitment, she will desire the tingles also. It's a dance, a balancing act. Women in STEM are often women with high masculine personality traits. If you've looking for a feminine women, don't look here. That's not to say some of them don't know how to be feminine, but the majority that I've seen are often tomboys who have a lot of insecurities such as social anxiety. Again, not all of them but the majority.

This is AF;BB. There is a great post on here from a few months back called Women's Need For Drama. It goes into detail about a woman's need for both anxiety and security. Very interesting read. If you accept that everyone and everything is flawed, imperfect, and impermanent it will be easier to appreciate what's good, instead of disrespecting it because it's not perfect/ideal. This is probably the most important concept for men to internalize when it comes to relationships with women. Swallowing the RP is so fucking hard at first, but when you really internalize it life seems to become more and more simpler. As an example, I'm currently dating a HB9 and she is amazing. We can communica…

Why do women want to turn the alpha into the beta? Is it like an unconscious shit test? I believe a genuinely feminine woman will simply submit to an alpha and not try to change him. It's the insecure nutjobs that cause drama and try to turn the alpha into a bitch.

You need to cry. You need to dig those nasty, uncomfortable emotions out and put them on the table. Either hire a professional counselor or cry into your pillow when you're alone. There is one thing, and that's to form actual meetups ONLY. The concept of radio silence as a tool has been used for years in TRP community. Women want what they can't have, so be the guy that's interested and wants to hang out but disappears when he gets a half assed answer. Text game isn't worth it. Sure, it might work but the real question is; why bother?

Reminds me of the notion that "love" in the Blue Pill definition that society has taught man is actually a form of an emotional attachment as you mentioned. Desire is the root of suffering. The Red Pill man must reach a place of unconditional love. To give and expect nothing in return. To realise he has no control, only influence. We must love in the same way we love a child, give and expect nothing in return. THIS is one of the fundamental truths of TRP. We obviously talk about how a man should…

WOMEN. ARE. CHILDREN. Treat them accordingly. You are on the right track OP, but you must understand the differences more clearly. Unconditional love exists, and it's something a lot of guys on here don't believe in (most of which are still in the Anger Phase or are still jaded by women). "Love" in which most men experience is actually an emotional attachment. Emotional attachments cause suffering, which causes pain and resentment, which cause them to stumble upon TRP. Befriending her orbiters/male friends is taught in almost every manosphere circles. From PUA to RTP to Corey Wayne to Mark Manson. The key is to establish yourself as the alpha (or close to) within the social dynamics of the group, this goes for both men and women. What happened to you was you got shit-tested by the men because they perceived you as beta, most probably because you were an outsider of their group. Next time, just have fun with everyone. The women will follow naturally.

I wanna add to this if you don't mind. Be thankful for getting your heart broken. Be thankful for the pain other people have cause you in your life. Be thankful for adversity. Be thankful for your journey. Pain is the greatest teacher in life, it's how we evolved. Pain is there for a reason, it's your body telling you that something is wrong. Confidence is powerful. Very Powerful. We all know this yet I don't think some of us really comprehend just how powerful it is. Because there's a subtle difference between want and need. Masculinity is about taking what you want. It's about going out into the world and taking it because YOU want it. Needing is a beta trait. In fact, I don't want to use the terms alpha and beta here. Wanting comes from a place of abundance, needing doesn't. We don't need women, we want them.

The higher a girl's insecurities, the higher her need for BB (emotional security in my case). Alpha and Beta are a spectrum. Lifting is a great metaphor for this. You can go in and lift the heaviest weight you do, regardless of your form or you can tone the weight down and focus on the movement. Like squatting. You can go in all guns blazing, but the reality is that most guys don't know how to squat to begin with. Alpha and Beta are a spectrum. It's never, ever black and white. Women want a guy somewhere in the middle of that spectrum, because their sexual strategy is two-fold; commitment and tingles. If a guy is at either extreme of the spectrum, she'll lose attraction. When a woman that guy is an asshole, he is too alpha for her. The same for extreme nice guy betas.

Again, that is ALL relative to her level of attraction to you. While one girl might not give a shit like you said, another girl will be dying to see you. You could sum this up by saying that the woman will not accept your Frame as her reality. Why? Too many variables to even care about. Employ IDGAF. She could be insecure and controlling, she could be masculine and not in touch with her femininity, she could be narcissistic and egotistic, she may have no control over her hypergamous nature. Texting is a grey area imo. Everything depends on her level of attraction for you to begin with. While I agree that you need to build rapport and increase her comfort level with you, once you hit that point you need to go radio silent in between meetups. Texting should ONLY have one goal in mind, and that's setting a definite date or meetup. That's why advice in the past has always been to text less. Going to disagree with this partially. All women want commitment, but just want it from the right alpha. If you give a slut enough tingles, she WILL push for commitment. I had a very similar experience with a girl I dated for 2 months. Women that are domineering and controlling are usually extremely insecure deep down. They will not let the man take the masculine role and lead, but rather expect the man to put them on a pedestal. When the guy doesn't do that, they get pissy. When they do do it however, their attraction drops. It's literally lose-lose and extremely toxic to be in. It's an balanced act of being alpha and beta that they want, but it takes FAR too m…

There's no need to go MGTOW at your age.

Where do tomboys fit into this? I dated a tomboy a few months ago and it was pretty hard. Wasn't a feminist and had long natural blonde hair, but would dress in the typical black jeans, Converse shoes, plaid shirts, and was an artist. You should always pay attention to stereotypes, as they often do point you in the right direction.

Sexual polarity is key here. While TRP is teaching men to embrace their true masculinity, society and feminism is also doing the same thing for women. It's literally a lose-lose situation. An alpha male cannot have a healthy relationship with a masculine woman. A masculine woman can have a relationship with a feminized man, but her primal hamster will be telling her that something is wrong and she will be unhappy (aka Beta Bucks). It is literally a vicious cycle with no end, you just have to fin…

I will add one thing to the skin part that I believe to be of vital importance; Juicing vegetables. If you can afford a good juicer, invest in one now. It's the best investment you can do to see benefits in having naturally healthy skin. If you don't have a juicer/can't afford one, get a nutribullet and blend some spinach and blueberries with water. Easiest way to improve your diet and benefit your skin greatly.

Let's get one thing straight: Models and The Manual are fundamentally aimed at LTRs; and LTRs are what women want. A woman's sexual strategy is two-fold, they want tingles and they want commitment. Women do not want extreme Alpha traits in a man. Commitment is a beta trait, and that's ok. You have to be ok in realising this. A predominantly alpha man with a sprinkle of beta traits is the holy grail for a woman. If you want a successful LTR, you MUST have a certain amount of "beta" traits. As Rol…

It's basically frame of mind. If you're confident, happy, positive, productive; then your Frame is strong at that moment in time. If you find yourself saying, "today was a really great day", then you're experiencing what strong frame is like. If you're shy, timid, a push over, depressed, poor self-esteem; then your Frame is weak at that moment in time. Everyone (not only men) will tell you that losing your virginity is one of the most overrated experiences in your life. You're first time will be terrible, so get used to that idea. This is real Red Pill knowledge. However, it only applies to LTRs. This was literally the bane of my last relationship. I went from confident alpha who she felt didn't care about her, to beta boy trying harder to please her. It was a disaster. But fundamentally, it came down to her breaking my Frame. I will add that a female's insecurity will add to her need for security (BB), making Alphas harder to have relationships with insecure women. It's a balancing act.

I'm gonna throw a curve ball here: I take issue with your definition of unconditional love. Unconditional love (to me at least) is the endgame of of TRP. It is a place where you are so self-sufficient, strong Frame and healthy self-esteem... that you give love and expect nothing in return. It is in fact, IDGAF in it's grandest form. Nothing can shoot you down, nobody can shoot you down. Maybe it's the definition of love that is causing confusion here, and what people actually define it as. But f…

Highly recommend the Women's need for drama post. It goes into the idea of the juxtaposed duality female sexual strategy (security and anxiety) aka BB;AF. If she feels too secure, she'll grow bored and her hypergamy will kick in. If she feels that she can't tie you down, she'll feel insecure and find someone who will comfort her. At the end of the day, it's a balancing act. You just have to find women who are more stable.

Radio silence is effectively the easiest and most efficient form of dread game. Women will go full hamster as to why you haven't contacted them, even if they're not that much into you. What you must remember though (and this is equally important) is to REWARD her initiated contact. Sorry to make things worse, but there is one thing everyone is forgetting in all of this; that feminism has made more females embrace their masculine energy, which is making alphas/chads almost impossible for women to settle down with. Women are losing touch of what it is to be feminine, and that is because of feminism born in the 1960s and hasn't gone away. "It’s almost paradoxical, but if looked at closely, it makes sense for her to find the best man she can find, while also limiting his self-development so he doesn’t completely eclipse her own SMV, lose interest, and leave." But this just goes against TRP teachings. She'll leave because your SMV is higher than hers? What? To me, the type of girl you are describing is an insecure woman who doesn't know how to be feminine. Never, ever be beta. Everything you just mentioned can be done from a place of being alpha. What fundamentally matters is that your Frame is her reality. As long as that is her reality, nothing else really matters. Ever see a guy with a smoking hot girl and think, "how the fuck is she with him!?". That's proof that the woman has submitted to his frame. 99% of women will not submit to a beta's Frame. Don't ever fucking be beta.

And this is what we strive for in romantic relationships with women. Women must chase the guy, women must submit and men must reward. That's the ideal world. My ex was simply damaged good. She was insecure and it forced her to crave power and control and when she couldn't get it she'd go cold. Not all women are like that, but you will encounter them in your life.

She became bitchy, cold, passive-aggressive. All this was happening while my frame was solid and I had an abundance mentality. Fundamentally, it' all falls down to hypergamy and the woman's control on her hypergamous nature. The problem with MGTOW is they can't come to terms with the true nature of women. There is a deep rooted sense of misogyny among them because of this, rather than accepting reality of women and adapting to that reality. I fucking love women, even though I've had my heart broken quite a few times. But those women are the reason why I'm on this path. To understand how and why they operate, why they lose attraction, why they gain attraction, why they hate nice guys, why they love being dominated et…

Time for the red pill bro. She's not interested. This is a woman's way of letting you down without hurting your feelings. Reading between the lines means seeing it for what it is, and it's a no from her. If a woman even gave me a maybe, I'd interpret it as a no. Keep circulating and find someone new!

I don't agree with this. I think there's an easier way. Being Alpha doesn't mean being a cold dick. Look at it more like a game of emotional poker. The key is for her to reveal her hand (opening up emotionally) first, and then you reciprocate by revealing yours (reward with love and affection). I see far too many guys on here treating women like shit, and to be honest it's disgusting. Does that stuff work? Yeah it does, but if you keep doing it she'll withdraw her emotions (femininity) and she'l…

Women with hostile frames are a lot of work, and I think it comes from a place of insecurity. My last girl would always become hostile if she didn't get what she thought was my love, if I didn't text her enough she'd get bitchy and give me the silent treatment. Women like that are impossible to have an effortless relationship with. But I think testing from a place of insecurity is different from testing from a place of love. If that makes sense.

If she explicitly said it would be platonic only, you give her this: "Sorry, but I'm not looking to be just friends. I think you're cute and would love to take you out on a date, but friendship is something I can't do. If you change your mind, hit me up. Take care ;)" Then you NEVER contact this girl again and move on. If she gets back to you in the future, ask her out on a date like before. If she says no then repeat the process.

There are exceptions to this. Guys who have their shit together can also experience this behaviour, regardless if you're alpha or beta. My ex had a lot of these behaviors; constant shit-tests, insecurities, passive-aggressive tendencies. Basically an energy vampire. It's a great post, but I feel it lets the woman off the hook too easily. She could be behaving like this for a number of reasons. She could be too masculine and the lack of sexual polarity is making her bitchy and dominant. She could…

Men who truly understand women don't argue with them. However, standing up for yourself and calling her out on her disrespectful behaviour is what a man should do. She sounds like drama. I wouldn't have time for bullshit like that.

Depends on what you consider "leagues". Most people use the idea of leagues for rating looks. IMO leagues do not exist. What you are describing is hypergamy.

Alright kid, here comes reality: There is ABSOLUTELY no guarantee that she won't reject you. If she does, suck it up to experience and move on. DO NOT bring up the subject of a relationship. You're getting waaaaaay too far ahead of yourself. Just hang out, have fun and hook up. Relationships are female territory, don't go there. If you get the date, let her do 80% of the talking, just ask her interesting questions about her. Shut up and let her talk your ear off. Kiss her at the end of the date.…

Mr. Friendzoned - The white knights and orbiters. This was literally the bane of my last relationship. I dated a HB9 who was a tomboy. She had little to no girl friends and all guy friends (male orbiters, betas, etc) guys that kissed her ass and put her on a pedestal. These types of women are almost impossible to deal with. She gets pissed? Who does she turn to? You guessed it, her best friend Daniel; the beta bitch with an ego to match. One time she actually told me that her friend Daniel said,…

The difference is that modern day feminism is trying to make women hyper-masculine so they can compete with men in every area of life. Fact is that's not how nature works, and the result is that women are becoming more and more unhappy in today's society, because they've lost touch with their natural feminine essence. The Red Pill is trying to undo that unnatural balance. TRP is trying to return men back to their natural state; being masculine, which is our natural essence. Feminism will ALWAYS …

The easiest way to screen out the nutjobs is by holding back on texting/calling and online communication. Use the phone for setting DEFINITE dates and get off the phone. Radio silence in between. If she contacts you, keep it brief and charming and say you'll see her whenever you've set the date. This type of indifferent behaviour will bring out the worst insecurities in women fast, and will allow you to screen them out from very early on. A girl with a heathly self-esteem and confidence will hol…

You fucked up by not setting up a definite date in the beginning. You've been texting her for a week and you haven't asked her out? That's weak behaviour dude.

You stand up like a fucking alpha and call her out on this bullshit. Like, is this a joke? I actually can't tell. She's got you by the balls and you don't even realise it. This is unacceptable behaviour. Tell her that. PUT HER IN HER FUCKING PLACE.

I'm 25 and can notice already the immaturity level with young women going into their 20s. I don't know what other guys think, but 24 seems the age where women start to get their shit together.

Texting is the bane of intimacy. The problem is that the younger generations are more interested in SnapChat than meeting a man face to face. Use the phone for setting definite dates. That's it. 2-4 texts back and fourth is fine but no more. Banter, be charming and set a definite date. You will however come across girls that will get bitchy and complain that you never text them enough. The best thing about keeping texting to a minimum is that it brings out their insecurities sooner rather than l…

I disagree on some part. Alpha pairs are very common in nature, in fact studies have shown that most offspring some from Alpha pairs. I do agree though that human society and the rise of feminism has definitely changed the landscape. Women are now high achievers and are now expected to compete with men. Maybe it's not that they're Alpha females, maybe it's just a case of over-masculinizing in schools and universities.

Ever seen Alpha and Beta wave frequencies? Alpha = low frequency, steady, calm, long. Beta = high frequency, like a roller coaster, high energy, sporadic. Something to think about ;)

BAck off and wait for her to contact you. You're chasing, I can tell from your description. Alpha males don't chase. Just back off and wait to hear from her and date other women. Keep circulating.

Go with it and make it your quirk. HUMOUR is powerful for women, it's the most effective form of communication to break down their barriers. If you could put some kind of comical spin of your impediment and make fun of yourself, I guarantee women will respond so much better... because a man that can make fun of himself shows that he's not insecure and confident. Trust me on this.

Sorry dude, I've been there and done that. I'm passed that phase in my life. Never chase women. I have got to the point in my life where I can FEEL a woman's level of respect to me. If it's below what I think it should be, that's it. Goodbye. Maybe that's harsh for some people but I've seen this shit before. I've also seen how women can be mature and respectable and that attracts the hell out of me. That's just me though.

I've been in this situation before. A few years ago I got my heart broken by a girl I was falling for. She displayed the exact same traits. I'm an attractive guy, and I've noticed I've attracted these kind of women over and over; beautiful drama queens that have never been put in their place. She responded with what I expected, like it didn't bother her. But I know it did. Funny thing is, I know she'll be back in the future asking for another chance. When you get to this point in life, you reali…

I noticed this too. Younger women seem to get upset or frustrated if you don't text them the amount that they "expect". Which often makes them bitchy and upset. That's my experience so far.

You are going to get to a point in your life, where you realise that your happiness will NEVER come primarily from a woman. I've been there bro, and it sucks. But experiences like this will make your emotional core rock fucking solid. I'm 25, and if a beautiful girl every jerked me around or played games even once I'd tell them to find another guy to kiss their ass. The most important person in the world is you. Never, ever forget that. Happiness comes from within.

Texting has been the bain of my last relationship. I consider myself a mature 25 yr old and I dated a 20 yr old. She constantly complained that I never text her enough, even though I used every opportunity to set definite dates. We are seeing a generation of young women who have been conditioned to use the phone as the primary means of communication... and it is destroying attraction and they don't even realise it. This was my experience: complains I don't text enough, text her more, she gets bo…

You're right, and I know this. I'm admitting my failings here. She broke me down and had all the power in the end. I cared too much and should have paid attention to her actions and interest level... which I didn't. In the beginning, I was in control however and this frustrated her. However regarding the texting, it never broke me fyi. When she demanded more communication through text I didn't give it to her, to which she went into silent treatment mode. Thanks for the honesty though.

100% agree. She did that after 1 week too which was insane. The funny thing is in the beginning I passed this test by saying that I didn't have time and that we'd have a special weekend together. Even that didn't really sate her. Just young and immature I guess.

Wait for her to contact you and set a date. If she says no then tell her you're not interested in being "just friends" and don't contact her again. She has to do 100% of the pursuing from here on out. In a nutshell, it's basically No Contact.

First and foremost, they are NOT relationship material whatsoever. They are fuck buddies, friends with benefits and casual hookups. Nothing more. Any man who thinks they can change her are kidding themselves.

It sounds like you think your happiness stems from women. It doesn't... and down the road you will find this out eventually. You have to get to that place where you are so happy with your "self" and your life purpose, that you could easily live your life single. If you already have that purpose, then continue what you are doing. Repetition is the mother of skill, and you must get through all the no's to get to the yes.

Honestly there's truth in that. But everyone has an ego of some sort. It's natural. I didn't play games with her however. I treated her like a decent human being like I do with every other girl. Relationships are about giving, not receiving. I gave and it was not enough, that's the bottom line. You can only do so much for someone before it simply becomes toxic. She was an energy vampire. Men have to sometimes stand up for themselves and I did. That's not playing games. I made my intentions clear…

They are good people deep down imho, but it's their insecurities and fears that hold them back. When things were great they were great and she purred like a kitten. But anytime she became uncertain, her fears set in almost immediately. Insecurities can rear their head in different ways... and this girl's way was passive-aggressiveness. The thing is that beta males have conditioned her to be like this I believe. She hangs around with mostly guys and I could tell from the moment I saw them with he…
