There are two different debates to be had here.

1) What should the definition of rape be, and by that definition, is this rape?

I want to address the second one:

2) Is this rape according to a definition of rape such as the one quoted in the article:

In order to give effective Consent, one must not be mentally or physical incapacitated (e.g., by alcohol or drugs, unconsciousness, mental disability).

But this quiz also demonstrates one of the primary reasons she is not. Women are removed from being considered as potential rapists from the start by simple fiat by the program creators. Consider other programs such as "Men Can Stop Rape." Same thing.

Narrow the framework of people considered potential perpetrators to men only, then radically expand the definition of rape so that just as many women would fit the definition of "rapist" if they hadn't already been completely removed from consideration as potential perpetrators.

And remember, this is done by simple fiat, not with a reasoned justification--which is why all hell breaks loose when someone comes out with the "Why isn't the Emperor wearing any clothes?" question by say, asking if intoxicated men can be raped by women under this definition, or whether an intoxicated couple having mutually-initiated, enjoyable sex are raping each other.

They want you to just buy into the framework they supply and stay inside it.

Using the traditional definition of rape used by most Feminists, it's pretty obvious she raped this guy.

Holy shit, it amazes me how even after identifying as an MRA for a couple of years I am still infused with the narrative that men are the instigators of sex. I read her speech and felt a little bit sorry for her. It did not even cross my mind that she was a rapist. But with a little perspective provided by Thought Catalog it is as clear as day. She is a fucking rapist and should be held to exactly the same standard as anyone else.

Who is this man she raped? He knows who he is, he should absolutely file charges. Remember there is no statute of limitations on rape. File charges.

Getting drunk is your own decision, unless you were drugged. If you booty call someone, it's not rape unless you change your mind and the other person refuses to stop. There's a difference between allowing sex and seeking it IMO.

By definition this is a possible rape. The missing piece legally is if the man feels badly about the sex afterwards. Unfortunately for men, we don't feel bad about sex nearly as often as women. This, in addition to the fact that men initiate most sex, have much less choice with regards to having a kid, and are more likely to lose custody of any children, mean that the risks for sex are heavily heaped onto men.

You know, I have been all over Reddit. I comment here and there, drop some opinions, and sometimes just browse. I have been accused of being a "troll", and that is fine. But in the overwhelming majority of my comments I am undeniably right. People do not like that, but so be it.

I have run across some weird fuckers on Reddit. However, I have got to say that you "male advocates" are in the top 5. I mean, what kind of emotionally damaged male is a "male advocate"? It is a man's world. If you need to lean on a crutch like this "male advocacy" nonsense, then you are no man.

Unless you are being forcibly bent over and ass raped, then you, as a male (notice that I do not say "man"), are not being "raped". Yes, you can read a rape statute and make the argument that a man is being raped if some chick plays with his dick while he is not conscious.
