Found this little gem inside wikipedia concerning the difference in life expectancy -

"High levels of patriarchy were associated with high levels of male mortality; low levels of patriarchy were correlated with low mortality levels."

The research report has an interesting way of measuring Patriarchy - Female homicide rates.

Very interesting. So what they were saying was - in countries where lots of women are murdered - men die earlier? WOW!!!

EDIT: They've taken a study and said that a high female homicide rate means that men's mortality rate also increases. This make perfect sense because somewhere with a high female homicide rate will also have a high male homicide rate thus increasing men's mortality rate thereby reducing their life expectancy.

However - equating female homicide rates to Patriarchy and then Patriarchy to reduction in life expectancy is a device they are using to say 'Lol you silly men are dying earlier because it's all your damn fault because Patriarchy'. This has been done so that feminism can be used as a save the day weapon.

They'll refer to this and then say "here's how feminism will help men - the gap will close". In reality - no. There's a limited number of resources and feminism fights for a huge amount of women only health care.
