Just speaks to the female privilege in our society that makes women so brazen as to think they can do this sort of thing and get away with it. Most won't because they fear getting hit back, but some have the attitude that men have to just "take it" and have no right to hit back.

Which is unfortunately legally and politically correct.

Ugh, that's a double whammy. Can't hit her back because she's a female, and can't hit her back because she's black. I can imagine what was going through the poor guys mind: "Fuck, can't touch her because it would be a hate crime! What if other people get the wrong idea and join in? What the fuck?!" I can only hope that one day my children live in a world where everyone is considered equal.

But yeah, once she came at me the second time, I would've fucked her up.

She should be charged with assault. No question. I would have threatened to retaliate such that witnesses could see and hear, been patient. Then after a few warnings I would have clocked her out cold and if cameras call cops, if no cameras id run.

This black man makes a few good points, but I think he makes far more bad points. He puts a lot of blame on black women. He blames black women for accepting irresponsible men in their lives, he blames women for raising violent children. He blames women for choosing to raise children without a father. This all seems a gross oversimplification of things.

First of all, black women are dealt the worst hand in the mating pool, compared to any other demographic. The only other group that comes close is asian males, and its not even that close. Black women's primary dating pool, black men, have a high mortality rate, and are incarcerated at a high rate, leaving them with a very poor ratio (too many women, not enough men). Then consider the fact that many black men prefer white or asian women, and the situation looks even bleaker. The only way to land a man is to sweeten the deal. She lets him have sex with fewer conditions, including no condoms, and no need to be around that much.

I suppose you could argue that if a black woman can't find a suitable, responsible, decent man, she should simply remain single, celebate, and childless. I'm not sure I could do that, and I challenge anyone who thinks they can to convince me its broadly feasable.

At least some of the blame must lie at the hands of Black men. Don't go around having kids you have no intention of raising and supporting. I guess if you want to get philisophical, you could blame the system that has been rigged for centuries agains black people in general.

For some reason this particularly makes me rage hard about the FBI not interviewing me because I don't have enough post collegiate professional experience yet. I would love to be able to intervene in situations like this as a law enforcement officer (I've had to before and while it is scary as all hell it helps me sleep better at night).

My mom always taught me not to hit a female. She also taught me that if a woman is man enough to hit me she is man enough to get hit back. I'm sick of shit like this and the man doing the commentary is dead on in his analysis of the situation.

I'm sick of black women talking about how there are no good black men out there. There are plenty. They are just standing behind the thugs and gangsta wannabe's, going to college and marrying up.

I thought his commentary was generally good, but I didn't like how he pushed all of the blame on women. He talked about how the single mothers of his day were parenting right... but if that is the case... then how come the children of those mothers are now producing extremely dysfunctional children? Having the father around, and having an extra set of hands, help, and hopefully income, just makes parenting easier and generally more effective...

I do feel absolutely terrible for this man, and I wish people... male or female alike... could raise better children who make better decisions for themselves and for the rest of society.
