It's interesting when you think about it. I'm pretty sure the mods on this sub are at least late 30's, more likely in their 40's or 50's. They dated and had sex in a different era, when online dating barely existed, when there were different social norms and cultures surrounding dating and sex. But the dating scene has changed drastically over the last 10/20/30 years, yet these people are modding on issues they did not experience for themselves. They have no real concept of using Instagram or Tinder as a 21 year old, because they are 47 years old themselves and when they were 21, the internet didn't even exist, let alone smartphones or dating apps.

I think this is a very relevant point. It's like putting me in charge of managing the local football team when I have no concept of playing football.
