I love the photoshopped blood onto Heard's photo. About as real and convincing as her scant "evidence" presented in the trial.

Which brings up a tangential item, in my opinion her defense shot themselves in the foot by presenting all the photographs of Depp sleeping as blackout-drunk. Heard was being so meticulous of documenting anything and everything that might make her look good but she couldn't take a selfie showing all the bruises and bleeding she claimed happened? Why didn't she capture her near-broken nose or the brusing on her back from where he supposedly stood on her? Somehow she managed not to document any of this but if Depp fell asleep on the couch that she captured? Everything about her testimony rang hollow.

As an aside, Johnny Depp played a man who literally made a deal with the Devil in Roman Polanski's movie The Ninth Gate. I enjoyed the film.

I still don't have any idea of how they found that he committed 12 acts of DV in the UK trial, which is crazy to me when it was proven in this trial that Amber was the one chasing him around whenever he tried to get away from a fight. The also CAUGHT HER LYING, which also puts in the question the result of that trial since apparently it realized heavily in her testimony.

Feminist Twitter and MSM has been extremely disgusting about this. They are avoiding all the evidence where she admits violence and starting physical fights. Their recordings are disturbing to say the least, she is a misandrist, a gaslighter, manipulative and psychotic person. I cannot imagine the mental stress he must have gone through. I am sure so many men can relate to her behaviour and stories with their own wives or girlfriends.

Reading some of the comments on that video... people are behaving like Johnny Depp is literally the spawn of satan for wishing to do Amber some harm (while he did NONE) but somehow they are omitting the fact that this despicable woman beat him, cut his finger and went on a public tirade of making Johnny Depp sound like an absolute monster?

These people are absolutely delusional and it scares me that they advocate for feelings over actions. Imagine a fucking future dictated by these baboons who would rather allow a despicable putrid woman to be free for the sake of being a woman just because her "poor feelings" (which were heavily debunked btw) were hurt instead of applying justice.

Fucking disgusting toddlers. I can't even type a comment on that video because I can already see the amount of coping done over those remarks that Johnny made which for them, it would invalidate all the actions that Amber did and paint her as the ultimate victim.

I don't know nearly enough about either of the antagonists in this case to make any specific comment about either of them; my impression is that they deserved each other, but I hesitate to say even that.

One thing that may be worth bearing in mind is that courts, particularly civil courts not bound by the beyond-reasonable-doubt standard, sometimes make decisions which many people would not consider in line with natural justice. I have no idea what happened here as I haven't followed it nearly closely enough. All I'd say is that I wouldn't leap to the conclusion that Depp's victory makes him entirely lovely and wonderful, and Heard entirely horrible. And no, before our more reactionary colleagues start piling on me for somehow supporting some sort of bad guy (or girl), I'm not supporting Amber Heard. Neither of them sound like the sort of person I'd choose to have as a personal friend.

Mainly, my conclusion is that if we want a poster child I think we can probably do better than Johnny Depp.
