The fact that this says "how to hurt cis men" specifically shows that it's more about hating a demographic than providing actual self defense.

You can swap in literally any group and suddenly look like a super radicalised and hateful individual that will go out of their way to hurt people from said group...

The funniest thing is that if men weren't taught that violence is bad, that they need to be pussies, never hit a woman etc, this course would be just ego booster to get beaten up. Ngl I would’ve loved to have some self defence classes when I was attacked. I was spiked at a pub by a man and he tried to drag me around the corner of the bathroom building. I kicked the shit out of him until he let go of me, and as far as I’m aware nothing happened. Would’ve looked way cooler if I coulda round housed him or something lol.

Anyways normalise self defence classes for young adults at school.
