What, if any, men’s issues does society take a stance against?

Nothing serious, ya know…

Genital mutilation routinely performed on men.
No parental rights before birth, unequal parental rights after birth.
Rape and abuse being ridiculed and ignored (zero funds go to male victims of abuse and rape).
Low or non-existent rights in regards to paternity fraud, zero repercussions for women.
Male mental health and suicide issues being routinely ignored in favour of women’s issues.
Male cancer research being underfunded compared to female cancer research.

I’m sure there’s more, but I need to spend my next four hours attending a course on “men’s privilege” (/s).

The now decades-old gender education gap is starting to get more notice in society these days, although it's still framed in a Principal Skinner-esque "no, it's the boys who are wrong" way, of course.

I can think of 4 men's rights issues off the top of my head, related to the US at least.

Genital mutilation is allowed and even expected on infant boys.
When domestic violence occurs, the male partner is much more likely to be arrested or told to leave, even if he's the one who called the cops and is the one being hurt.
Female pedophiles of boys aren't considered nearly as dangerous or disgusting as male perpetrators towards girls, and are almost never called rapists in news reports.
Boys are required to register for military service upon turning 18, whereas for girls it is optional.

Other than cases where physical differences are important, I don't think it is good to separate based solely on gender or sex.

Circumcision on girls is abhorrent, circumcision on boys is normal.

And yes I know some types of FGM are much worse than male circumcision, there are also types of FGM that are similar or not as bad (removal of clitoral hood or pin prick type), yet they ate still considered horrific. Even if we found out it helped prevent STDs it would still be horrific.

I'm circumcised, I like my penis, no complaints, I just find it really bizarre.

People are starting to wake up to the fact that men are falling way behind in education, the job market, family life. When the problems of men start to effect women, people will notice.

Some other things such as circumcision, suicide rates, dangerous work, military service, mass incarceration, men being by far most victims of violent crimes.. etc are so ingrained in the psyche that people don’t see the disparities. Men are disposable, defective girls.

Those three issues you mentioned are also men's issues, especially rape. Also, the gender pay gap, or more specifically gender quotas, becomes an issue when men are turned down for jobs because they have a penis (it has explicitly happened to me twice) in order to bring a gender balance to male dominated industries (I now work in a female dominated industry, funnily enough). And abortion: I want any woman who accidently gets pregnant by me to have that option.

I do think that separating issues based on gender is harmful: any philosophy or policy that fails to take into account everyone, not just people with particular genitals, is taking a blind view of society.

If a male teacher has sex with an underage female student, people are rightfully outraged. If a female teacher has sex with an underage male student, lots of people would high five him and call him a stud rather than getting him help.

Realistically: Custody and parental rights of fathers in divorce are biased to the moms, Male Rape is dismissed especially of the attacker is a woman, and mental health and men getting treatment is stigmatized.

But the manosphere hardly ever talks about that. The focus is mostly on “Tinder makes the women only want the Chad dick!” Rants.
