Holmes is quite likely to get a maximum ten years of actual served jail time (please read to the END of the linked article) for scamming people out of millions of dollars. Indeed, the judge may opt to give her no prison time at all!

Many "low-security" facilities are much more like having a private apartment with guards to keep other people out. Quite a few of them even allow the supposedly "jailed" people to leave for a job, family visits, doctor visits, shopping and such, with a monitoring device.
