I wonder why men are leaving. There couldn't possibly some requirements nowadays that exclude men for applying?

I am always so curious why people think we are leaving places where we are been discriminated, bullied, insulted, and according to them are the reason for opression. But when shit hit the fan we, apparently, need to answer the wolves that cry? Don't think so. Time to learn about responsibility, and accountability.

Well society treats men as second class 'privileged' members of society and demonize them. Men get hardly any support and entitled women make it a pain of ordeals and trials just for men to be in relationships or even date them. Men are lonely, frustrated, and lack support while women have so many extra chances and avenues for education and training. Maybe many men are finally starting to realize that being the backbone of their nation doing work to keep this society and infrastructure operating is simply not worth it. Why stress out so much working just to pay taxes to a system that demeans you and sees you as disposable. A society where if he were to find a woman he's legally under her in case of divorce and family court rights. Supporting and paying taxes to a system like that is totally unnecessary.

Keep it up guys now we need another 2-5 million men to quit their careers in critical and vital fields. This would cause an uproar and officials and media would be asking why when the economy is collapsing and I'm quit sure men would respond with valid MRA complaints. In this situation officials would listen so they can get their revenue and economy back to a healthy level. Maybe this type of thing is what men need to do.. show the world and the femifisters just how vital men really are to the world and start respecting them.

On the bright side, the labor shortage has been good for workers because it's giving them leverage to negotiate better compensation. I make 40% more than I did just two years ago- by switching companies and taking advantage of the lack of workers with my skillset (procurement). It's a similar story with a bunch of my friends and coworkers.

No, it's not a symptom, it's one of the causes. Men aren't leaving the workforce and aren't leaving society, the economy in most countries is fucked up, many men can't even find a job and many men will leave jobs that are ruining their health with their awful conditions.

I work a regular job and have some financial sense but nowhere near retirement. Very little interaction with women (especially single or my age) in my work place. I put in the time I need to get home, locked away from social events and almost no presence on social media. I go home to work on my writing in between sessions of a video game that caught my interest (rare event) or not looking to immerse in any TV show or some kind of YouTube documentary channel.

The whole point of my existence is to avoid forming contacts or relationships. All that matters is money and my own comfort and my security. This is what I work for like some work for families. And I never have to worry about betraying myself.
