One time I read a thread over on that sub about a girl claiming to have blown her husbands best friend while drunk. This girl was not forced to do anything, Nd clearly stated that she shouldn’t have drank so much. I responded “this isn’t rape, this is poor judgement”, and was swiftly banned for “victim blaming”. The mods there are lunatics.

Despite the definition of rape ever expanding the discourse to discuss it is narrowing. Try posting about women raping women on there and see how that fits the narrative.. extreme feminists believe that it doesn’t happen or can’t happen and since most legal standards are defined for male on female or male on male rape it’s out right ignored.

Some years ago there was this "hate sub" list passed around that a few subs auto-ban based on. It might have been an auto-banning bot that was passed around, I don't remember. The list includes this place, /r/kotakuinaction, and some others.

Just message the mods, explain why you want to join and they will enable you if that is technically possible. Otherwise you will need a separate account.

The auto-ban of KiA members was because of downvote and PM brigading in response to a post about the pre-emptive autoban. If other MRM subs have been added to the ban list it is not surprising, it is likely would be because there were too many people from MRM subs turning up and wanting to argue / preach / attack or whatever, ignoring or not reading the sub rules in the sidebar.

/Rape is a support sub for extremely vulnerable people, their safety comes a long way before the feelings of auto-banned subs. Auto-banning whole subs is not unusual for support subs, it is justifiable by practicality though that doesn't mean it can't be a political move too.
