As a black man, I hear this often from black women when the subject of feminism and male/female accountability comes up.

We (black men) are asked to be accountable for our fellow black men, to police one another, to be proactively and constantly protective of black women. Black women want to be seen as strong and independent and beholden to no man, but then when they are assaulted, instead of going after the person who assaulted them, they tend to point the finger at not just the person who assaulted them, but also to all the other men, claiming that we (black men) should have stopped the assaulter, that we should have protected her (the black woman).

Most black men have no interest whatsoever in raping/sexually assaulting black women. Most black men care enough about most black women to offer them protection-- which most black women won't take. And that is the problem. Black women want to be strong and independent, and don't want protection...until something bad happens, and then they want to know where there protection was...

EDIT: I'm now being accused of being a part of the "male echo chamber":

You deflected everything i said into blaming women for everything. You didn't think anything i said had merit you just used it to point a finger at women and say but but but women did this or women did that.
A large majority of what you take issue with actually stems from men creating the very systems either socially or officially that upset you. Yet and still you expect women to not only fix it for you but to fix it for you without you holding other men accountable.

At no point have I blamed women for anything; I've pointed out how women react to things. I never implied that women were to blame for anything; again, I pointed out how women react to things. And I have never expected a woman to fix anything for me as a man.

Now, I could say some derogatory things; but instead, I'll simply shake my head.

The much-acclaimed Color Purple is one of the most bigoted, misandrist creations ever. Every black male in it is portrayed either as a brute or a buffoon. It's infuriating.

How about we stop encouraging group thinking. Individuals are individuals, and should be treated as such.

Color of skin or gender should not be a metric to one's behavior.

I’ve learned that women love to make excuses rather than actually realize they are acting wrong.

I know men do this too and this is anecdotal but this is what I’ve observed.

Men tend to lean to the right , which goes hand in hand with personal responsibility and individualism.

Women tend to lean to the left, which goes hand in hand with collectivism and irresponsible behavior.

The fact that people believe that race and sex are not strong indicators of human behavioral tendencies is absolute insanity. We have entire disciplines of medicine that corroborate these things.

Not only problematic, but very symbolic.

It's also a big eye opener to see that women will explain away all of their bad behavior instead of taking accountability for it.
Society is soft on women. A woman and man can murder someone and you know what?

Not only does the woman get a lighter sentencing, but the man is the only criminal that says, "I'm sorry."

Let that one sink in. Who is the better criminal? That woman who killed someone is going to be openly justified and vindicated for her whole life, and nobody is even going to challenge her and say, "Actually, you're wrong, killing is wrong."

Even when a woman kills somebody. Still, nobody steps up. Nobody will challenge or correct bad behavior in women, and women definitely won't correct their own bad behavior by taking accountability, they won't even consider it.

When was the last time a woman said sorry? Sorry to you? Sorry in the news?

Good dating filter question: "What have you ever said sorry for?" - Watch their face go blank and the mind implode. They can't do it.

This happens to all men. What would you do did 2 video about domestic violence where the victim was male and 2 where the victim was female almost every women stated they just thought he was unfaithful or had done something to deserve the abuse this is the mindset of most women
