Several months later he asks if you want to go to a bar with him and you say no. Several days later, he waits for you to leave work and watches you walk through the parking lot over to the car that’s yours and then he quickly drives across the parking lot and parks next to your car, likely hoping that you are going to have a conversation with him outside of work or something. Well, it didn’t work because I got to my car too fast and drove away.

Why do they do this? Do they believe that they’re going to annoy you into dating them? Do they believe that you genuinely do want to date them, but for some reason just haven’t yet said yes? Are they simply suffering a stunning lack of awareness and of social norms?
