I have a question if anyone was in the same situation.

We are in a divorce process which was not filed yet but I already contracted a lawyer.

Recently my ex told me that want to do some Dental Cosmetic stuff which is not essential and cost a lot. She want to use my HSA account for that.

How would you handle this situation? and what are the things I can do to prevent such expenses?
