I'm just hoping this can be used against her in court, she has a pattern of exceeding her legal boundaries, especially on issues with the kids.

Typical female BS. anything to make you feel uncomfortable about what is yours. She wants you to make a big deal out of this too. She wants to create conflict so she can label you the scary man. I would very politely and calmly with smile on my face tell the cat sitter to leave that its your house.

You need to go home, fire the cat sitter, and change the locks. I'm saying this as a woman, YOU NEED TO DO THIS NOW BEFORE SHE GETS HER GRUBBY HANDS ON EVERYTHING YOU OWN. She will get nasty and try calling the police, but you need to tell them that you own the house, you pay the bills, and you do not want her on your property. That she has already taken your kids out of state without your knowledge. They may tell you that you have to evict her and that you have to give her 30 days. Do it, but tell her she needs to sleep on the couch and MAKE SURE YOU LOCK EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN YOUR ROOM OR TAKE IT TO YOUR PARENTS HOUSE BEFORE THE DIVORCE!!!!

also put a lock on your bedroom door. She will become extremely vindictive but you have to be strong and tell her no and stand up for yourself. You owe her NOTHING at this point. Good luck.

You can stay there. You have keys and are on the deed. Unless there is a court order, you can do what you want. I would move my important stuff out that you don’t want her to hide or damage.
