Like you are talking to a woman and everything seems really great and then suddenly they leave and they list out all of your flaws in a way that you wouldn't have noticed.

Like they were psychoanalysing you all along while you were kept in this bubble thinking they were the best thing to happen to you.

They hit you with something like

"The way you talk, it seems that as a little kid you weren't given much attention and you feel the need to make everything about you in conversations and it is really tiring. You being unable to notice your flaws likely comes from years of receiving praise and being coddled by your parents that it never taught you to reflect. The fact you feel easily offended is because you weren't taught to be resilient with your own sense of identity and this doesn't make me want to date you anymore"

You sort of don't want to accept everything they said and then once you've grieved the breakup then you live with the pain of how you made others feel in an eerie way.

You realise something like, you're attracted to the breadcrumbing rather than the love.
