Are redpillers happy?

The problem with Red Pillers is that they create their own hell. They claim that no good women exist while displaying qualities that repel the "good women" that they desire. It is like having a disease but blaming everything else for your worsening physical state. If you truly want to get better, you have to cure the disease, but red pillers refuse to do so. Because unhappy people are easy to sell things to.

They do feel justified and grandiose most of the time, but most are not happy. You can't be full of that much anger and be happy. You can't be that paranoid about your partner leaving you and feel happy. You can't live under that much pressure to be an "alpha" and be happy.

The exception is young guys who start self help stuff because of TRP. Going from not exercising, dressing well, cleaning, socializing more, etc, to suddenly doing all those things is going to make anyone happier. But, eventually they'll get a gf. At first it will be a dream come true. Then everything TRP taught them about women will make them paranoid. They'll constant worry that she's looking for someone better. They'll think maybe they're being "beta buxed." They'll start to use dread game and other abuse tactics to make sure she stays. Their happiness will evaporate. Their gf/wife will leave them. They'll either get out or double down and become even more bitter, misogynistic, and secretly self-loathing.

Trust me, this isn't a happy mentally healthy lifestyle.

Older conservative men have a high suicide rate. One of the highest. Unfortunately, guys who stay in TRP are going to be in the same boat, if not worse, once they start reaching their 40s and 50s or later.

I feel like red pill is very similar to a cult.

I say this because I grew up in a religious cult. I grew up with very religious but abusive parents and I had many toxic relationships in my life. Even though I was abused by multiple members of my family, I kind of felt happy. Being part of the cult gave me a sense of happiness and purpose.

It took many years is therapy for me to learn the meaning of healthy loving relationships and for me to understand that I was in a cult. After I realised this, I cried and cried as I started to understand that I had actually suffered from extreme abuse and neglect as a child and as an adult and I realised that my 'happiness' was actually just a coping mechanism.

I left the cult and my family a few years ago and I decided to start afresh and it's been amazing to discover the real meaning of happiness. I haven't been this happy or free since I was a kid and it's the best feeling in the world!!

So going back to your question - I personally think red pillers are similar to where I was throughout most of my life - they are living in a short of brainwashed state.

Similar to how I used to be, they are unhappy but they are numb to this because red pill tells them that money, women, status, sex, wealth and power = happiness.

So in some ways they feel happy as they continue to chase these things but at the same time they will always experience an underlying dissatisfaction but they'll never know why or what is causing it.

Unfortunately, if they end up spending too many years as a red piller, they'll forget what life was like outside of red pill. They'll completely forget what it's like to be happy and they'll have no idea what a healthy relationship is like. They'll just get used to toxicity and unhappiness and they'll think that it's all a normal part of life.

It's often the weakest people that have the most to prove. It is the loudest buffoon that throws the weakest punch. If you need to scare others to feel good about yourself... then you must always be in fear that someone else might harm you.

Redpillers aren't happy. They are hurting. That's why they hate.

Hate is just a specific flavor of fear.

Fear is the fight, flight, freeze, or submit response. We don't need to think about these reactions, when we are afraid, these happen instantly.

Hate is just anger, and anger is the emotion of fear that corresponds to the fighting action.

So if you hate something, you are afraid of it. Because otherwise, why would you need to fight it? If you don't need to fight it, how does being angry or afraid of it make sense?

When I get hurt, I get angry. Why? Because pain triggers fear.

When I am lost and someone is being an obnoxious passenger, I can get frustrated. Why? Because I'm afraid of being lost and obnoxious passengers make it difficult for me to concentrate on where I'm going. So I feel angry and yell at them to shut up.

Out of fear.

Red pillers are just men who have been traumatized, who have toxic habits, and feel isolated and incapable of connecting with others - and women in particular. They also tend to PROJECT confidence and will PROJECT superiority. They talk loud and long about how Alpha they are, and how much of a cuck someone else is, because in their experience if they act aggressively, others will back down from their "challenge".

When I was younger, someone who would have been a redpiller today, approached me at a bar. I had just finished being introduced to some chick who was attending a friend's birthday party there. He and his 2 buddies came up afterwards and told me that I should "back down" because that chick was "spoken for". I shrugged and went back to eating my oysters and doing shots with my friend.

She came back to me to chat, and we chatted. They shot me dirty looks, and I ignored them. We danced, did some shots, and started making out after playing darts. I left with her about an hour after arriving at the bar. Those guys did SQUAT.

Why?

Because if she was really "spoken for," he wouldn't have needed to tell me to back down. And if he needed to tell me to back down, that means he was scared that if he ASKED ME to back down that I'd say no. He wanted to intimidate me because he was a weak dude that believed he deserved to be with someone that wasn't interested in him.

The fact was, I wasn't the problem. I wasn't Mr. Smooth. I wasn't Mr. Steal Yo Girl (as much as I might joke is the case when I tell that story).

The problem was that he was such an awkward idiot that he made me look good by comparison, because I simply DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE OUTCOME.

I was at the bar to have a good time. I thought it was funny these dudes were trying to stake their claim. I was interested in getting drunk and eating raw oysters, because they were delicious. She thought I was funny, because I made her laugh. I made her laugh because I like making people laugh, not because I wanted to impress her. And I also made her feel safe by treating her like a person. I also made it very clear that I thought she was attractive, but whether or not she hooked up with me, I was also enjoying her company.

And so her "choice" was no choice at all. I was overweight, and he was taller than me and looked like he worked out. But I was fun, I made her feel safe, comfortable, and desirable, and that was enough.

That's pretty much the only thing that will ever be enough, honestly. Because its different things to different people. The trick is you can't get there by being too scared to be yourself that you wind up being some Chad with an "Alpha" tattoo.

The toxicity and grandiose nature comes from entitlement. They think/feel they are entitled to certain things in life, and when reality hits them in the face it spurs major hate and resentment. The reality is that our culture is changing and they are aren't evolving with it.

It's more complicated than that. It's also important to extend the definition of happiness to the effect ignorance has on the person and on their character development over time.

Ignorance may be bliss at the time, but never over time. Since not wishing or lacking the capability to see reality more objectively and one's own place in it cannot lead to productive character development. Since your (not "you", per se) internal sense of direction is all messed up.

And when you allow for the subconscious, it's all over. Ultimately the subconscious determines if you're happy or not. And the rules of conduct here are real simple. Pick things off of your emotional queue and process them consciously and honestly.

If you don't and hide from it, it'll work for a bit. You'll just get increasingly neurotic and depressed.

These guys aren't happy. Not in any meaningful sense of the word.

I can’t imagine any of those clowns being happy. Always having to micromanage their behaviors so that they’re “in control & dominate” the relationship. Sounds pretty stressful. Love is a collaboration not a competition after all. None of them are in happy, healthy relationships anyway.

I would consider myself RP, and I'm not miserable, but not satisfied either. Happy to be alive and somewhat well, still focusing on self improvement, making money, etc.

As much as I agree that redpillers do tend to have some kind of toxic aspect to their belief I do also see some truths in what they teach, the unfortunate thing is that they tend to do it at the expense of demoralization of women or putting women down.

Granted I do believe there is a reality behind some of their beliefs, not because I myself desire to be considered redpill but because I have actually personally experienced the realities of dating and the truth about how women can be.

There is truth about Hypergamy, there is truth about women going after the bad boy, there is truth about women loving based more on conditional Love rather then unconditional Love. There are a lot of great men that have been loyal, good husbands, but are left in the dust by women that say “I just don’t feel it anymore” there is truth that women are more emotionally based and even if you been there through thick and then, and put your whole life on the line, they still leave you if they don’t “emotionally feel it” but the thing is emotions are always changing. One day you feel it, the next day you don’t and it always changes but to base marriage or commitment off of emotions is kind of a recipe for disaster.

I can’t say I’m redpill because I’m definitely not but I have went on dates with at least 500 girls, have been in 4 long term relationships and do have a lot of experience dating women and my ultimate conclusion is:

If you’re in a relationship and you can’t keep the women “entertained” or mentally stimulated or you get ill and can’t fully be your vibrate self and you just need support to heal, etc and get back to full health, then you’re kind of and typically doomed in that situation because the majority of women leave when they are not being emotionally stimulated and sometimes some other guy shows up and is somehow more emotionally stimulating to them and they end up leaving you for that other guy.

Theses are tough realities and ultimately facts I have personally experienced over and over again. I cannot say I’m redpill because no matter what I don’t want to end up toxic about it as those guys but there is a point where you have to kind of jungle these things and think in your mind, maybe this is the reality about women at least to some degree and of course there are exceptions but finding those exceptions seems to be a whole lot of trial and error and there’s a point where you just don’t want to really go through that process anymore.

So, yeah the redpill dudes can be toxic but sometimes, can you really blame them? Perhaps many of them used to be very nice guys but got screwed over many times and they went to the other far end of blue pill. That’s kind of what I see the redpill guys as, some dudes that kind of got jaded one too many times.

Anyways, I don’t know if this comment adds much value but there are some realities about women (at least American women type of trends) that are sometimes hard to swallow.

I personally consider myself orange pill, or perhaps an alternative title is “Reality based”, meaning I accept things as they are presented via experience via repeatable observations.

Granted maybe it’s all just me, I have had chronic health issues most of my life. If I was fully healthy it might be overall a different experience, yet that doesn’t necessarily discredit all my experience.

The ultimate truth I’ve seen time and time again is that when you’re on top of the world every women wants to be there with you, but when your down in the dumps nearly every women will also leave you regardless of the history and what you have done for them. Blue, red, pink, orange, purple, black, whatever color that pill is, that’s still sometimes a hard pill to swallow.
