As my attorny advised, I am signing a 50/50 custody agreement. I have nothing huge on her, like a DV case nor does she have a drug history. Shes just plain crazy and she doesnt have her best interest in our 2 kids. Her family on the other hand, is full of drugs and violence. I have a lot of instances written down and recorded that suggest my kids safety and wellbeing are a stake whenever they are with her alone, but nothing thats a "case-closer". My vision is to go for more custody down the road, given she keeps riding the line, but something in my mind tells me Ill never win. Has anyone successfully won a custody case without a big "case-closer"?
