It’s been on my mind how if you did not get the lottery of a great healthy family with nice friends and school to boot, you’re basically shit out of luck and on your own. I always wonder how men handle their own stuff, despite the obstacles.

I’m 29M UK and I need to lose the “I want someone to help me” because anytime I wanted/needed help, ironically this worked against me. Issue is, I’m not an uber mench, I do sometimes need help. Am I being a big baby about this? Even in my last relationship I was left on my own to figure things out. It’s why despite wanting to be with ppl, I know I’m alone

EDIT: Like is there steps you follow, that you've learned have lasted the test of time and so on?
