Hi everyone. This question is for all of you whose divorces have finalized - either recently or in the distant past.

Since I caught my wife's affair and the separation process commenced, I've been living with a family member. Fast forward a few months, my divorce is about over the finish line. And lately, I've been wondering what and how I want my post-marriage life to look like.

For context, I've been married the entirety of my adult life, and while I do have some hobbies, they're all extremely casual and honestly? I don't even know how much I enjoy them anymore. The same can be said for my friend group (or at this point, lack thereof). Maybe this is my depression talking; I feel extremely lost and that I don't know who I am. But that's all beside the point.

Anyway, I'd love to hear some stories on how you guys have reinvented yourselves post-divorce. Did you get new friends? New hobbies? New career? Move to a new city/country? Traveling? Did you leave or commit to religion? Did you jump right back into dating? Etc

I'm curious to hear all the details on what you changed in your life, how your new life is going, and any advice you're willing to offer.

I know a drastic change in my life is warranted at this junction, but what that entails, I'm not sure of yet.

Thanks friends.
