I remember reading some statistic that everyone has thoughts of suicide at least once in their life. So don't feel like you're the only one who has ever struggled with this. The rebuttal I would give to your arguments is that just because society doesn't care about men (and that is a valid observation about our world), that doesn't mean you shouldn't care about yourself. You don't have to conform to even one iota of what anyone else thinks of you.

My recommendation is to start small. Cook yourself a healthy meal. Go out for a walk. Treat yourself to something you enjoy doing. Now these may seem like tiny actions, but believe me they add up – and they punch above their weight class! – once they become established habits.

Many men feel how you feel.

Crushed by a courtroom automatically against you.

Even when you try and look for help you in some way get put up like its your fault.

Had a friend that's sadly no longer alive. He was so done with live. Just got worse and worse. Tried to get admitted so someone could watch over him. Tried high and low. The just talked a bit to him houres later he was outside again. They just shuw shuw him away. Wail he realy was looking for help. Till he end up killing him self when he had a new set back. 2 years i tried to get help. And i see women getting help for 3% of the problems he had and taken 20 times more seriously.

People dont even get. Men are so much less likely to ask for help. And the more you beat on people already down. The less likely the will want to be good people in society. Cause they let you down over and over. Why be the good little boy they want you too.

And thats what not a small amount of men are feeling a big amount off men. Just talking or saying that wil get you shamed or trying to punish you in some way for it.

But a lot of men feel how you feel.whe world is letting men down. To cater for the needy.

Why red pill. Blue pill. Purple pill. Passport bros. All men. That see the system is fucked but seeing solutions in different ways. But there massive communities. So your just one of many. That they say is a small amount of men but really is not the case. If things go mainstream so people know about it just randomly on the street. Means its probably like 30% or 40% that know what it is. Think about it. Or is already living it. Or in a online community and looking up of people feel the same like them.

Why men communities often gets cracked down on by feminism or the media.

Men are the driving force of the country much more than women in the work force. Not cause women are lazy. Men are just wired to be more competitive. Why work space often push more a competitive nature to pump up productivity.

But women are not really that competitive most of the time.

This means men often are more productive and so bring in more money. So the more men dont wanna be corporate slaves to competitive nature. They lose money.

And people more just doing the. Im alone i dont need much. So the men lay flat movements going on in Asia more or less. Cause men have a high drive to climb the ladder corporate put for them when they have family and kids.

When they don't they are content with much much less. To a degree women could never live like.

And the more that happens the more it wil bleeds on other things and creating problems on the other side for society as a whole. What's already happening. Just by the choice on mass how you want to live your lives. And by the rejection of parts of the society that lets you down over and over again.

Cause society is built on the backs of men they like to shit on

Here's what I live for:

Gym. I like who I see in the mirror. I like being strong and healthy. It's not for anyone else. It's for me.
Cat. I love my cat. He's a good cat.
Guitar. Been playing for 15 years now, not terrible at it.
Music. I love music, and listening to others music and writing my own.
Motorcycles. Sports bikes are the tits.
Road trips. Exploring my backyard is great fun too.
Relationships. Friends and family. Just watching people around me grow, and doing what I can to influence and being influenced by others.
Food. Learning to cook new foods being interested by new discoveries.
Learning. Work specific skills but also skills that translate to eveything else in life.
Casual Sex. Yeah don't care about a long term relationship (though I have that too), but casual meanlingless sex can be a lot of fun. Comes after the gym though, I was a skinny incel nerd for ages and only... ONLY after hitting gym over last 2 years did others perceptions of me change and my own perceptions of me change.

In short: Find your own meaning. Find the things you enjoy, and just do more of that. If you don't have shit you enjoy yet, enjoy exploring new things to potentially enjoy.

A mentality of fighting the world will make you bitter and resentful. I suggest you instead adopt my nihilistic approach of "worlds fucked, I'm just going to take what I can from it."

I also rationalise and fantasize about my exit plans for this world, and they involve a lot of consequences for the rich. If that helps you sleep at night...

Find a cause, something you believe in and want to fight for or change. I'm already through it, done, finished and paid off in full. It's not impossible, it can be done. For me, I made huge sacrifices including my physical health and mental health. Feels good to be relatively free.

You should fight because there are others behind you, us who will fall into the same traps we did!

It's a stoic idea - and maybe it's shared elsewhere, that how we react to what happens is quite often much more important than what happens.

Thus, your problem is in your own mind, much more than all the external issues you talk about.You have more control over how you use your mind than you think, and you won't be happy if you keep focusing so much on what makes you miserable.
