These aren't the phrases I'd tell my son, what is this question?

If I have a son, I'll do my best to teach him that people are people with all their flaws and errors. Men and women aren't that different, but there are certain differences between genders that we have take into account like physical strength, being able to get pregnant etc. You should have your own passions in life and don't be completely dependent on your dating life for your purpose and happiness. You should respect your and others' boundaries, it's okay to tell no whatever your gender is. It's okay to cry, it's okay to need help. We can be afraid, upset and embarrassed and still do what we have to do. You should treat people with kindness and respect - you also should treat yourself this way as well.

My mom told me that the person you marry will be responsible for 90% of your happiness or misery for the rest of your life. I think that's pretty good gender-neutral advice that I'll give to my son, and my daughter if I ever have one.

So, I have a teenaged son, and I’m not going to be saying any of this crap to my son because I’m a normal human being.

My husband and I have stressed the importance of socializing often. One of the biggest problems with the younger generation is that they are indoors and tethered to their devices 24/7, and that’s not helpful for them now nor in the future. Our son plays sports and hangs out with friends a good amount of the time. And seeing as his father doesn’t hold weird manosphere views and beliefs, we’ve made sure to teach our son that girls and women are people—not some alien species—and should be treated with the same respect as boys and men.

In terms of girls and dating, the only other information we have imparted to him is making sure he understands consent, and to understand the importance of ensuring protection (condoms) when the time comes for him to have sex.

I don't think I'd be telling these quotes to anyone, they just come off as needlessly antagonistic.

I would advise them to not listen to bitter dinguses on the Internet, that's a good general rule for any child.

I’m not a misandrist so I would never fucking tell my son this. My MIL is a misandrist and she said this quote to me last month.

I told her that jokes like that are pathetic and the irony is when she needs help with her phone, computer, car, pest control, lifting something, landscaping, house building and maintenance, she has to call a man to do it. She takes pride in emasculating my father in law and as a result he looks for excuses not to be around her.

So if you want everyone in your life to avoid you like the plague, sure. Think like this.
