I assume you're asking in good faith.

Anyone who was assigned male at birth can be conscripted. Failure to sign up for the draft is a felony which means you can't vote in most states if you're a draft dodger. Not to mention you cannot get federal aide like student loans etc. And cannot hold federal jobs. Therefore women have the right to vote unrestricted by the draft whereas men's right to vote depends on being conscriptable. Women also have a right to work and a right to assistance without it being dependent on being conscriptable.

Genital modification is illegal to perform on girls. No religious exemptions exist. But we do that shit to boys so often. Circumcision is, and has always been, about controlling the sexuality of children and conforming them to outdated and harmful ideals of bodily aesthetic and sexual purity. Girls can escape this barbarism but boys can't. Here on this forum we say anyone can modify their own genitals after the age of consent for supposed spiritual or medical benefits. But not before the age of consent.

Unplanned pregnancies happen. If somebody experiences a pregnancy during financial distress or medical crisis or otherwise they should not be forced into unwilling parenthood. We have 3 mechanisms to do this: 1) safe surrender 2) unilateral adoption 3) abortion. Obviously men cannot physically do number 3 but why the fuck are men denied number 1 and 2? That's yet another legal right women have that men do not.

Reproductive rights for lesbians and single women are widespread due to safe and legal access to fertility clinics. But Reproductive rights for gay and single men are ignored. Surrogacy contracts are either illegal or unenforceable in every country. This makes gay and single-male families with newborns vulnerable to extortion and other exploitation by the surrogate's family or by the Surrogacy agency. Women are protected from this by the law, men are not.

Crimes are framed in ways that target men. This results in more men being jailed than women. For example infanticide by mothers is typically resolved by mental health care but infanticide by fathers is resolved by punishment in jail. Another example: men make up 55% of illegal immigrants but 90% of deportations. Etc. The justice system has a pro-white-woman bias.

Family court. I can write a book about the gender bias of family court. If you're looking for double standards just look at the numbers of contested custody cases in family court: almost 80% of the time that a man fights for his kids the court award primary custody to the mother. That says nothing of the men who cannot afford to fight for their kids because those statistics are 100% kids go to mothers. Why? Why should only rich dads have a tiny chance of being allowed to be dads and everyone else is simply forced into being a visitor who writes a paycheck? Even in cases where the mother is abusive. It's a horrible double standard. In this forum we believe in mandating judges to award 50/50 unless there is a conviction of child abuse and that custody decisions should be available for appeal.

Etc. There are many more examples like the gender commute gap, the gender life expectancy gap, etc. But the ones above are some good ones for you to think about.

And while I'll be willing to admit she could have made the whole story up for clout, this would mean she knew she would get a positive reaction to talking about how she raped someone whereas a man telling a similar story (made up or not) would have been lucky to escape the building with his life.

If a woman doesn’t want a child, she can:

not have sex
use birth control
have an abortion
abandon the baby at a hospital, church or fire station
put the baby up for adoption
require the man to pay for it

A man can:

not have sex
use birth control

A woman has zero financial obligation to that child if she does any of those things. Even setting aside the question of abortion, why are women allowed to abandon or adopt their baby and have no financial obligation? Men can’t do that. A woman has infinite exit lanes. A man has one- before conception.

Dig up a post on the AITA sub that's a few months old on a relationship issue between a man and a woman that isn't completely black and white. Flip all the genders and repost it. Then compare the responses to each. It's always very lopsided siding with whichever is the "woman".

Or another is to read stories about women presenting themselves as a man like Norah Vincent or read about some people born as women and started transitioning to men and then had deep regrets after they started passing as men. All the patriarchal privledge they were expecting never materialized and they realized life was actually a lot harder as a man.

Our entire culture and society is like that. That's what men experience and face all the time.

I think a lot of things women do are seen as less severe and consequential than when men do it. For example:

A female teacher raping a student vs a male teacher raping a student
A women abusing a man vs a man abusing a women
A women giving up parental responsibilities (eg safe haven laws) vs a man giving up parental responsibilities (ie deadbeat dad)
Women's criminality vs men's criminality (women are less likely to be arrested, charged, and get shorter sentences)

Women posses a soft-power: try criticizing women as a population and you will received an extremely hostile reaction from people, but the same isn't true is you criticized men, in fact you'll actually we lauded. This creates a culture where women, especially naive young women, feel entitled to disrespect men and treat them like cannon-fodder.

This is huge in relationships. You might find this trivial as it's not legal or political, but when we see that suicide is strongly correlated with divorces, we ought to take it more seriously.

Despite being equal and independent, women are still given the angelic child treatment when it comes to her long checklist of what she expects of a man. That's fair enough, we are all entitled for what we want in a partner. Though try doing the same as a man; have high standards and you'll be labeled as a supremacist misogynist.

This angelic child treatment is also well noticeable in courts (women received shorter sentences), universities and workplaces (far more scholarships and job qoutas are dedicated for women only), and so on.

Moreover, in today's western world men are STILL expected to man up: "a real man supports abortion rights.." or better yet, I still remember someone making a post about the young men's loneliness epidemic on a different sub; he was very polite and civil but the comment section showered him with insults: "man up you incel!" , in other words, a man today has responsibilities as a traditional man, but without the power of one.

TL;DR Unlike women, men are still held to traditional standards, but only when it comes to the responsibilities, not the authority.

Male-female relationships: Women want all the benefits of modernism while bearing none of the responsibilities. Women can be nontraditional and are celebrated for it (sexual promiscuity, eschewing marriage and motherhood, demanding "equality" in relationships) while at the same time demanding traditional behavior from men (man pays for everything, man supports her financially, "what's mine is mine but what's yours is ours", man required to protect her and die for her, chivalry, men required to help any woman in the vicinity with moving/lifting/reaching, tire changes, car trouble, etc.)

A double standard is an attitude that more strongly supports rights, freedoms, and opportunities for one sex more than the other. Well, don't women receive lower prison sentencing compared to men for the same crimes and similar criminal histories? Women are more likely to avoid jail time compared to men. There have even been debates in government (e.g. the UK) discussing whether to abolish female prisons as prison is a male punishment.

Isn't domestic abuse another one? I've seen a number of examples where a woman hits a man and people often justify it as, "he did something to deserve it", "he's stronger, it won't hurt him", laugh at him, etc. Watch these 2 videos as evidence: #ViolenceIsViolence: Domestic abuse advert Mankind, and WWYD Woman Abusing Man.

I've seen far more examples of people justifying and thinking it's okay when women sexually assault men compared to the other way around (excuses like, "men always want it", "men always think with the other head", etc. Comments made by men and women).

Oh, and the biggest one, it's not illegal for women to rape men. Most countries don't even recognize female on male rape. Some countries tried to change the law to gender neutral (e.g. in India and Israel) but feminist groups protested against it.

u/hendrixski's excellent comment touched on several important areas like conscription, genital mutilation, reproductive rights, criminal court, and family court. Here are more:

Many Rape Laws are framed in a way that is biased against the possibility of male victims and/or female perpetrators. This is either by completely excluding the possibility or, more commonly, by framing rape as the "act of penetration", which excludes the possibility of being "made to penetrate". The definition that I think all fair-minded people should have is "non-consensual sex". India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Singapore and Malaysia are examples of the former, defining rape as a crime committed by a man against a woman, so male victims are without legal recognition. You can easily say that in these countries, it's legally ok for women to rape but not ok for men, and it's not ok for men to be rape victims either (note: my example countries cover over a billion men). The latter problem, of defining rape as an act of penetration that excludes the possibility of being forced to penetrate, is a more common problem in the West, applying to the UK, Canada, the US federal definition (states may vary), the definitions of most Australian states, and many countries in Europe. The double standard is legally embedded.
Double standards infest the entire criminal justice system. Men are twice as likely to be incarcerated when charged with the same crime, and in a US study, their sentences were, on average, over 60% longer.
Men are the majority of homeless (tending to range between 70-85%) in every country that I'm aware of yet their struggles receive less public attention and sympathy. Hence there's a lack of targeted support and resources for homeless men; in fact, targeted support almost exclusively goes to women-only homeless shelters and charities. Homeless men are statistically more likely to be denied shelter. Homeless men are often perceived as more dangerous or responsible for their situation compared to women. And homeless men (men in general actually but especially homeless men) are more likely to be robbed, physically assaulted, or murdered. The obvious double standard is that if this situation was reversed, or frankly even 50/50, there'd be a global outcry.
Men are more likely to be victims of violent crimes, including murder, but there's often more focus on women's safety concerns. Hence, there's a double standard in societal concerns and media attention.
Discussions on police brutality often focus on race, but less so on gender. Being male is a much greater risk factor for being a victim of police violence in the US (relative to being female) than being black is relative to being white. No movement for this exists, no hashtags are sent, no protests on the street occur.
Men have a shorter life expectancy than women. Men are often victim-blamed for this. The aforementioned factors are contributors of course, but another major one is healthcare discrimination against men. Diseases that predominantly affect men, such as prostate cancer, often receive less research funding compared to diseases that primarily affect women, like breast cancer. There are more charities, advocacy, and pre-screening processes for health issues that predominantly affect women. Government health policies tend to specifically focus on women's health, rarely on men's health. Mental health care is plainly inadequate for men. Men are the majority of suicides (generally 70-80%), and are still more likely to kill themselves after receiving mental health "support". The majority of psychiatrists, therapists, and counsellors are women, is probably a contributor as it may mean mental health care is tailored better for women.
Boys and young men are increasingly lagging in educational achievement. This gender gap in all levels of education is often overlooked compared to the focus on girls' education, reflecting a double standard in educational concerns. In schools, boys are punished more harshly and suffer from a grading bias against them, and go on to graduate high school at lower rates. Women make up roughly 2/3rds of higher education enrolment. Women-only scholarships, quotas, affirmative action, and clubs all treat Women as if they are a minority, rather than the majority in higher education. Special programs are targeted at "Women in STEM", rather than "men-in-literally-anything-else".
When women display in-group bias, it's almost never condemned and is often encouraged, whereas Men are condemned for any semblance in-group bias. Despite this, or perhaps as an effect of this, men have almost no in-group bias, while women have a significantly stronger in-group bias. And despite this, or perhaps as an effect of this, discussions of misogyny and sexism against women dominate discourse, while discussions of misandry and sexism against men fall by the wayside.

There are two trends that hopefully you can observe here:

1) There is an Empathy Gap, where less empathy is extended towards the suffering of men & boys. Society is gynocentric in that women's issues are prioritised, and men's issues are ignored or sometimes actively exacerbated.

2) Men are disposable. The lives of men and boys are valued as lesser, their deaths viewed as less tragic, as business-as-usual. The deaths of women are tragedies, the deaths of men are a statistic.

The biggest “double standards” am that are legal are primarily in sentence asymmetry, where women are “forgiven” when punished (or even charged) with crimes compared to men. This disparity affects if women are even charged with a crime. Whether sentences are reduced, how low the crime is knocked down (from say murder to manslaughter) and even things like bail amounts and such.

This of course is a three fold problem. One, a lot of judges and prosecutors are old school woman worshipping read cucks, who can’t help but be nicer to (primarily white) women, and two, feminists lying about everything as always to extort changes in their own interests and based on man hating. That’s where your Duluth model BS and other made up man hating positions they push and extort for the legal system.

Thursday, the media culture, once again pushed by trad cucks and feminists to hate men as well. Old school editors and publishers worship women as princesses and feminists extort and threaten if they don’t publish stories different ways. Men will always be brutes, and when the majority of school rapes are committed by women against male students it’s called “inappropriate relationships” and such things. As well as feminists helping finance defenses of these rapists (if they’re even charged).

Outside of those things, the primary asymmetry is culyural not legal. Even the above, from the man hating trad cucks, is just cultural , women are perfect angels, mentality.

Such things as a couple breaks up, and it’s what did he do wrong. How did he hurt her, are examples.

-it’s legal or barely illegal to rape and sexually assault men in basically every country around the world - men are 40% of domestic violence victims (probably closer to 50% after you consider men are much less likely to report) yet we receive ZERO resources and thanks to the Duluth model are actually arrested and forced to take a course if we are the victims - men serve 60% more prison time than women for the same crime and are 3x more likely to be convicted of the same crime - women make up the majority of college and university graduates yet most scholarships are still only available to women, men have considerably less scholarship opportunities than women - it’s LEGAL to discriminate against men when hiring and it’s actively and openly done in most workplaces - don’t get me started on family court and parental rights…. Men get fucked sooo hard in this area it’s despicable - teachers grade boys 20% harsher than girls, which actively contributes to boys losing interest in education - mandatory military service in many countries only effects men, women always have a voluntary conscription while men are often forced - women face a LOT less accountability for any action, for example when women cheat it’s blamed on the man that he didn’t give her enough attention yet when a man cheats everyone agrees he is the asshole - men make up over 80% of homelessness yet more resources/ money go to helping homeless women - women don’t pay child support, when a man has full custody he will NOT be able to get child support from the women yet if the roles were reversed he would have to pay child support or face prison time
