It would depend entirely on what and how much she got. I have grown up with body image issues. It sucks. Don't want that for my kids.

It depends how medically necessary it was whether I'd even date her. I personally don't like breast implants or BBLs. I get kind of annoyed when I find out someone had a nose job that really wasn't aesthetically necessary, too. And lip injections just look unattractive altogether to me,

For long-term I would not want a woman who has obvious or "extreme" plastic surgery. If she got something done that makes her feel better about herself but still looks kind of normal or natural then great. I have no problem with that. Natural-looking breast implants are very common these days, for example.

If I wanted kids sure. Women are far more likely to have a problem with plastic surgery in a man (especially limb lengthening!) because the man cheated past her genetic selection filters.

Men aren’t quite the same. Men don’t look at women and think “will my kids have her genetics” to the extent women will. It’s their one evolutionary job.

I'm an antinatalist, but if I wasn't then I would want to ensure the kids have the best genetics possible to maximize their odds of having a happy life. So if she was attractive before the surgery it would be fine as long as she has good genetics.

I’m against plastic surgery as a concept and from a personal value pov it just won’t slide - unless it’s for necessary reasons (ie. physical deformity that needs to be dealt with, burn scars, breast implants for cancer patients, etc) - so generally speaking, probably not, i’d actually find it to be an instant turn off as soon as i’d find out.
