I always ask "what would you do or say if someone you didn't like wanted to talk or take you out?"

You'd either tell them "no" or try to avoid it.

Happened to me literally today, I had been talking to this girl, she was super receptive and flirted a lot. On 14th I ask her to be my valentine and she says yes, then I say we should watch a movie and she says I'll let you know.

Doesn't show up, gives some excuse, I say it's alright. Last night I ask her out again, says yes and I'll let you know, ghosts again. I text her about how I felt about it and don't appreciate her making plans and bouncing out last second.

She says she forgot and tries to play it off with some weak humour and says sorry. I'd rather have her say no than agree to something and ghost.

I've learnt my lesson and hopefully someone reading this can learn from it too. If she doesn't suggest another time while changing plans or says something vague, it's basically a no. Save your time and talk to other girls.

It’s the same with friends, if you ask them to hang out a few times and they always seem to have something better to do take the hint. Invest your time elsewhere.

A girl who’s interested will absolutely make an effort to meet up. You shouldn’t have to be chasing her down.

Personally my biggest pet peeeve is getting an indecisive answer, either tell me Yes or No.

Side note: Stick to your word, if you ever say you’re gonna do something follow through with it, good advice to live by.

Keep in mind though, that girl's mood change drastically from day to day or from hour to hour. She might be into you, but not in the mood to go out with you now. But she might be in the mood tomorrow. Or next week. So keep in touch with her, try out a few times, her mood might change. This happened to me countless times. But if she keeps turning you down every time, then move on.

Another factor is that she actually likes men walking around her like electrons around nucleus. It's like being worshiped. She won't let you in, but she also doesn't like when you stop going after her.

Give her the feeling that if she doesn't take the chance she really loses something. Sounds dramatic but hear me out.

If girl sees that you are heavily interest she will start to ditch out. So if you got to the point where she is really interested but don't want to end up like this again, you set it up -

And set it up on your own terms and don't make yourself easily available . If she knows you can hangout with her anytime , she will most likely forget about you because you're the easiest option which girls don't like.

Don't plan too far ahead, by too far ahead I mean even 3 days are too much. If you give her time to prepare for it , she will think about it and most likely will ditch or if she doesn't , she won't come to date excited but prepared for anything. Suprise her, don't even talk about dates just one time when You get the time and think about meeting her , try to schedule it for the evening right away. It's a moment of suprise and and the thrill of you being available only at certain time and day will make her think about saying yes to going out.

If she isn't available due to shitty excuses , leave it , that's wasted effort.

If she isn't available for real then give her the pat on the shoulder that maybe next time but if she tries to reschedule then she is interested but don't say that certainly you will meet her, say something like "We will see but I hope yea.." or idk.

The rest is only your game about how you like getting on dates and stuff , this will give you the upperhand of not being easy to get. That's what most girls are attracted to.

Some of us are busy with careers, studying, and having a life. So, there are times when we don't know how our schedules will be like. So, it's not an absolute rule.

I take this as a sign they aren't right for me. I schedule my life, I prefer not to be spontaneous. Thus frustrates Mr beyond belief when a person says they want something, like a date, but doesn't do the bare minimum, scheduling, to get that date. I give them times to choose and they say no....we will figure it out...Um NOooo. We won't and I'm done at that point. I assume the whole relationship will be like that and they aren't grown up enough to deal with. Chances are they do schedule once they are more interested but we can't get there without a first date. Which will be about a hour over coffee/tea during the day so I can easily escape.

I think it's better off to leave it be for a few days or even a couple weeks and trying again. Be persistent but not so much so that it's desperate. What's the worst that can happen if you follow up with her again? Another rejection. You stand to gain a lot without much of a risk.

Depends on the situation. I had a girl do that to me, got her snap anyway for the heck of it, she snaps me first saying "I'm free Tuesday :)". So I'd say it would really depend on how the whole thing went, etc etc.

Not entirely true. Someone asked me out on a date, but the thing is, i don't have a car to reach the destination. Granted, i declined saying as such, but i didn't give an exact date either in when I'd be able to. That wasn't because I'm not interested, but to save face in how dire my situation is and it be a turn off. When will i be able to get that car? Around the end of the year or sooner if i play me cards right.

I find it's usually best to give her a specific time and place. Then adjust if her schedule doesn't align
