I`m not sure if these already have a name, but they are my favourite type of opener.

I like to call them ''Shit Openers''. Because they 'should' be bad openers. And they are also a form of shit test you perform on the girl.

An example:

''Nice dress! I'd love to wear it some time.'' Say first sentence sincerely. For second sentence hold a dead-pan face, looking directly in her eye, while in some alpha body position (e.g. leaning at a bar).

-> Her response will be a smile/thanks for the first sentence (or a `meh'/im-not-interested), then she thinks its a stupid chat-up line (as its similar to 'I'd love to see the dress on my bedroom floor! lol!') so will squint her eyes or disapprove because shes-not-that-kind-of-girl-you-player-douchebag, then it hits her that what you said makes no sense (implies you are transgender? did you mess up your chat-up line?), then she half-laughs thinking its a joke, but you dont change your face/posture, then she goes 'WTF?'.

Make sure to hold the deadpan face through the three or four stages of thought she goes through to not give any clues. When she has had 3-5 seconds (thats a long time, btw!) of thought you should relieve her from her misery and immediately give a big smile/small-laugh and warm body language / tough her on the arm, and transition into a conversation. She felt slightly uncomfortable and needs to rid of the discomfort by talking to you briefly and making it `normal' again. Or she feels very comfortable and enjoyed the laugh, and you can continue talking to her.

Why its great:

  • forces either a laugh (as they `get' that you aren't serious - if they dont laugh it looks like they are stupid) or you to be shot down. Forcing somebody to shoot you down, then dealing with being shot down in an alpha way (give a small laugh and half-turn away, act unphased) is a quick way to DHV. Its also very strong DHV - I know many naturals / near-alphas who cant handle being shot down.

  • shows that you are really outcome independent.

  • allows/forces a girl to qualify her social intelligence to you (although its not much - it only filters out the total idiots who think you genuinely wear dresses), which you can then reward them on.

  • very easy to transition into either a funny or slightly-sexual conversation topic. ``I only cross-dress in private actually, but i can take photos for you'' blah blah blah.

  • if you are a fashionable guy and can talk about clothes thats a DHV.

  • in her head you get put into a limbo where she cant tell if you are a creep or confident/dominant. this is not a bad place to be at all - mysterious! I cant quantify it but I believe there is some advantage in putting girls through a range of emotions, rather than just happiness, to build a connection. The small amount of fear / confusion can be nice. Some may disagree with me here though.

So anyway I've completely decomposed this whole thing to the point where it seems obvious. But thats probably a good thing.

You need to be pretty socially intelligent and confident to pull it off, so beginners shouldnt try it. You'll just look creepy!
