Make plans. Having a plan pays major dividends for your time. If you don't make plans for yourself, somebody else will make them for you, and they won't be in your best interest!

Live every moment with purpose. If what you're doing at any given moment is not helping you or somebody else live a more fulfilling life, it's not worth your time.

You'll find that many activities are unavoidable but don't fit the bill - like doing laundry. Either find a way not to do them, or find a way to squeeze fulfillment out of them. See if you can fold a shirt with your eyes closed. Strike up a conversation with the person washing clothes next to you. Think of the laborer who made your jeans, and how many days of his or her wages you spent to buy them.

The sooner you can get completly past shyness when talking to / meeting with complete strangers the richer your life will be.

Talk to everybody as if they were a friend (and treat them as one) and you will make many actual friends in the process.

Don't waste time on negative people, but go out of your way to be great to know for your real friends (and the strangers from the previous bit): buy rounds, offer help on the spot, introduce people to one another if you feel they can be useful to each other...

Combine this with a 'great, let's do that and see where it leads' attitude: travel as often as you can, join new activities, spontaneous gatherings... Whenever you run into them, and you'll be fine. Have an ironic outlook on failure, going down spectacularly always leads to a great story, and a strange sense of freedom I cannot quite explain well, but you'll know what I am talking about when you first experience it.

Read up on 'how to win friends and influence people' or if not, try to adopt the main point of the book: be less selfish when conversing. When they are speaking, do not just wait for your turn to speak, but actually listen and ask questions so you can learn more about the most fascinating parts of their story.

Always smile when entering a new room or meeting somebody new.

Always be learning something new. If at any given moment you cannot anwer the question 'what is your current project', your current project has just become to find a cool one.

Take lots of pictures.

Learn to play at least a bit of guitar, enough to play the chords and sing to some songs you love (or better: that everybody loves).

Now, I didn't mention girls anywhere in here specifically, but needless to say if you adopt all of the above you'll also naturally have a pretty wonderful love life.

get your life to a point were you are not dependent on anyone but yourself. call your mum and dad and tell them you love them and get them something to remember you by. I got my ma a plant 10 years ago and its still alive on her table. my dad got a fishing reel and everytime he goes fishing (without me), he said he wishes I were their by his side.

Do this and you will feel better inside, and people see this.

To a young man:

Start working out... now (see /r/fitness). It's an investment that lasts a lifetime and it will help you in absolutely every area of your life.

Take your current weight (let's assume average) Imagine you put 1lbs of muscle on per month... doesn't sound like much. But if you're young, imagine doing that for 3-4 years. How would your life be different if you had 30+ lbs of extra muscle and ideal body fat?

You'll thank yourself for the rest of your life (and get laid a hell of a lot more). You'll earn more, feel better, people will trust you more and you'll have more confidence... all because of one simple change in your life (It's not easy... but that's what makes it worth it)

Seduction related pro-tip: Realize that there is just as much bad advice in the world of seduction as there is good advice. If you pick everything up like a sponge, you'll have to unlearn a few things and adjust some bad behaviors that you pick up along the way.

One thing you gotta accept you can't do everything right it's inevitable that you are going to make mistakes and things might shift and change. So go with the flow and be present in any situation your in.

Never let fear stop you. Always turn that feeling around and use it as incentive and excitement to better yourself and put yourself out there. Learn, learn, learn.

And travel. The more you experience the more you'll know in love and life.

Those are my learning curves. My biggest regrets were being too scared at 18/19 to put myself out there with women. Then getting into long term relationships that were completely wrong for me.

I identified what parts of my life I didn't like, I then worked out how to change them.

The biggest factor of all was my friend group, when your trying to change as a person and your 'friends' seem to try and shoot you down at every opportunity its time to cut them loose. I only keep in contact with 5 genuine people from school while the rest of them stagnate at dull low wage jobs talking about how great school was.

Focus on gathering experiences, not things. Most things tend to tie you down and only give fleeting satisfaction. Experiences help you learn more about yourself and the memories last a lifetime.

Sole regret: not knowing about law, while young, and what it is and what it's not. Getting stung by the system for so long without examining what we all live under and how to side-step it.

It's relevant to seduction, because when you're under intense stress due to the downward pressure of just-getting-by you can't feel good enough to game.

Search anything about regret, being young, making the most out of life on reddit in general.

/r/AskReddit will keep you reading all day, the number of comments there easily reach into the thousands. I advise against this.
