Hey guys, 35M, caught wife cheating second time (with 3 diff guys this time around), initially I left the house and we had some coparenting arrangements where we split time with the kids, then she left the house and took both kids (5 and 2) to her parents place and I moved back into our house and she’s been keeping the kids away, I was doing quite well actually until she took kids away but struggling with the isolation atm

How do you guys cope with it and work through it?

I think hearing stories of how you guys got through it and what life looks like on the other end could be motivating. I’m struggling with this, it’s all new to me. Thank you.
