I don’t think any of the options are good if you barely know the woman. It comes off very socially awkward. All the options sounds like things you offer to someone that’s a friend or someone you know decently well. I think it’s best after you have your small chit chats, offer something small, like going to Starbucks or ice cream.

Maybe from there you can take a walk in a nearby park and talk more, get to know each other.

or if she says yes she can do it for a few minutes and test the waters, and its not going into your house.

None of the above is anything I'd ever want my neighbors doing. Frankly, I really wouldn't wanna date a neighbor, but if you must try this, it needs to be way less obvious and way less oddly specific and strange.

I would not recommend handing a several-thousand-dollar object over a fence to someone you barely know. The other two are fine, depending on what she was into. I'd probably go for Option 3, but that's just because I'm not a fan of sports and I love the night sky (my neighbour would likely see me outside at night too).

2) This is alright. I think a better option would be to invite various neighbors and friends over for a sports watch party. Here you could get to know the woman a little better. For all you know she could be in a relationship tbh. Maybe you could flirt a little bit and see if the vibes are good. Then after that you could ask her on a date.

Generally I think some sort of gathering or block party is your best bet and you can chat her up there - if the conversation is good, she doesn't bring up a boyfriend, etc - then you can move forward a tad *during the party*. Then afterwards you could ask her on a date

I'd prefer 2 with someone I don't know as it's in a public place. But the restaurant option would be better, or with the realistic budget I'd have a coffee shop, because the whole point is to get to know them and chat I assume.

These are all very sudden and quite intense.

Watching the moon is cute when you're already well acquainted. Keep in mind, you're nearly a stranger to her. Being invited to a stranger's backyard at night is very risky, even if it's just a few houses down.

Inviting her to a sports game would only be okay under a specific set of circumstances:
1. She will need to have told you during your chitchat that she's a fan and into sports.
2. You will need to casually pass her by again on the street and start a mini conversation.
3. After a minute, pretend you suddenly remember she's a sports fan and ask her if you remember it correctly.
4. She will have to give you at least a somewhat enthusiastic yes.
5. Make up a reason why you have a spare ticket (friend has family stuff and bailed?) and ask if she wants to join.

However, if you're not sure she's a fan, don't ask. It's a way too personal setting when you're not actually into that stuff.

As for the video one... no, sorry. It's too specific and too fast.

My advice is that you stay in the setting you're at. Don't take her somewhere when you barely know each other. Keep in mind that women need to be careful around those they don't know well. With all due respect, if I was the girl you're referring to, I wouldn't even feel comfortable entering your car. It's nothing personal, but you have to build rapport.

The best way to bond with someone is by finding something you're both interested in. It immediately creates a connection and it also shows you have similar interests.

If you want an opportunity to get to know her better, invite her to something that involves a group. People have already mentioned a block party. Once the weather gets better, depending on what house you have, you could maybe have a barbecue and invite the neighbors.

Start casual and small. Get to know her before you take her out.

Just ask her out to lunch. See if there's a spark or if there could be one. Don't feel discouraged if she turns you down, approach women, alot of women, you'll get some numbers and dates eventually
