You lack discipline. It typically manifests itself in the need of instant gratification vs grinding.

Do the grinding. Here is a simple thing you can only achieve by grinding: get your fat ass to a state where you have a visible six pack when you take off a shirt and can do 15 full range of motion pullups. It will probably take you two years of grinding with bo other requirements. By the time you can do that, you will reprogram your brain to actually do things that require discipline, stick with it and thus put you into a position to succeed

Your self esteem is largely connected to the positive/negative actions you are currently taking. For example, a fat person who is training hard eating right ect. May feel better about their bod than a fit person who has been lazy/binge eating. Baby steps, but save every cent. Start with leveling up your career, it’ll give you financial freedom. Pay off the highest interest debt and look into loan forgiveness.
