You got to understand that girls get swarmed by hoards of mongoloid men from all ages on a weekly basis as soon as they're 13, 14, 15 years old... And they don't have to be anything more than average.

I don't even consider myself a socially active person and i see this every time i go outside. There's two random high school girls walking down the street being eyed by every single guy around. Doesn't matter the age or background of these guys. 100% are looking with interest, maybe half say something to them and a 20% of the group end up simping/following them.

You don't need to look hard to see scenarios where there's 2 girls behind a table and 10 dudes around them. So now imagine how many more are on her phone at the same time, which is way more low effort method of engagement.

So now you need to understand that's their reality from 15 years old, up to late 20s... We're talking about 10-15 years of guys swarming them.

You think that out of hundreds of dudes monthly, she's not going to like some of them enough to do stuff with them? And all it takes is a handful really, sometimes even just one or two to complete sour the girl's attitude on relationships and life.

Women's entire ethos in life is being social. Even when they're doing gardening or yoga they can not help themselves but to set up a camera and film themselves because the attention and engagement is more important than the actual activity.

And obviously when it comes to men, the interaction manifests itself as a value exchange between her body and the man's ability to spike her emotions and make things happen for her... She's not out there in the scene looking for a chess buddy.

So yeah, news flash, a 28 year old has had more software updates (and hardware changes) than several average guys combined in their life times...

Men can actually disappear into isolation and emerge 8 years later unscathed because their mind as a database isn't taking in a million inputs per day from people wanting to manipulate them into an exchange. When men do stuff, it's about the principle, about the development, about the performance, about the craft. It isn't necessarily about the attention, validation and using the thing as a social outlet.

I think the term alpha is overused. Is some fuckboy who doesn't have their shit together considered an alpha just bc they don't care and can convince women to sleep with them? I say no. How is a guy who doesn't have his life together an alpha anything? It's not just the mindset. It's the overall life, not just one aspect of attitude or perception.

It is safe to assume that every woman has backup plans. Don't worry about measuring yourself against any other guy, and stop caring about what women think.

The best advice is to build the life that you want and let the rest fall into place organically. Stop caring about outcomes and let life happen.

Effectively all attractive women over 22 have most likely been with a high value alpha, so the beta chumps she dates later in life will feel like a step down.

It’s a safe assumption, but it doesn’t mean much. Prodding for her sexual history will usually look weak and beta from her perspective. My girlfriend dated an “alpha” right before me - rich, charismatic, leader of his friend group, and also domineering of his friend group. I’m chill, absent-minded, nerdy, and not ambitious enough to make a ton (merely comfortable)… yet she is completely in love with me. He still tries to get her back, but it’s futile.

In short, the fact that I don’t give a shit about her past with him and am completely unconcerned about him is probably helpful. Maybe it also helps that she seems extremely satisfied with our sex life to the extent that she’s jumping me more than I’m jumping her.

I just think fixation on her past will become a self-fulfilling prophecy because it’ll eventually destroy your frame to the point that she really will stop lusting for you.
