A nice guy will not speak his mind or express how they really feel to not make someone or anyone uncomfortable. They’d much rather agree with everything to not cause any discomfort and can be a yes man which can come across as low confidence. A hood guy speaks his mind even if it’s unpopular opinions or thoughts which can be seen as confidence.

Don’t be a nice guy. Be a kind guy. Can speak his mind, can be himself, is comfortable with not pleasing the world for the sake of being liked but is kind because he can be. There’s plenty of strength in that.

The entire theory of "nice guys vs good guys" it is a complete 🐂💩 that instead of helping a beginner it confuses him even more.

This "nice guys vs. bad guys" is a concept taken from old movies, where a "nice guy" is always shown as a nerd with glasses and the bad guy is a handsome one with a bunch of women. Or the "cops and gangsters", where the cops are always shown as boring and fat, while the gangsters are always fit and handsome.

Let's say the woman is in a bad mood and she says something stupid about something, what do you do? Are you going to contradict her and show that she is wrong, or are you going to agree with her and change the subject?

If you use common sense, you will know the right answer; there is no need to write a book telling you what to do and how to react, as many book writers do, it is fluff talk and confuses a beginner.

Giving too much attention to a girl is as bad as ignoring her, talking about "nice guys" is about talking about the extremes but in reality it is must be "balance" between "nice guys and bad guys".

Not setting boundaries.
Not having enough self-respect.

This whole thing that being nice works against you is not necessarily true. Being a nice pushover works against you. I'm the sweetest guy you'll meet, but I know how to be intriguing and escalate. Yeah you can get laid by being a dick, but just add some self confidence, strength and playfulness to "being nice" and you'll be fine.
